Spacious & Luxurious.. Walk to beach..New Heated Pool

Everything was excellent. Fully equipped kitchen, we loved the heated pool. Everyone had an area to get away and read a book in private.

Amazing vacations with my family. This house is very clean, spacious, the swimming pool are very clean and comfortable. Also is near to the beach and there are many restaurants to eat and Mercato Place ( we love that place). Rena, the owner of the house, responds very quickly and is super friendly. If I were to spend another vacation in Naples, I would return to this property 100% for sure. I recommend this property!!

Our family had a great time. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. This is a great location to stay in.

Although my friends and I enjoyed our vacation, our time together and activities we endeavored, the property was a bit disappointing. I am unsure what categories a property as ‘premium’, perhaps previous reviewed or something else, but this property was not to the standard of other premium properties that I have stayed at in the past. Generally speaking, the property and contents are a bit ‘tired’ and a refresh is definitely needed. Examples include:1.bath towels were abysmal: old, tattered, worn and mismatched2. Water/ice off for frig for ‘water/drip safety reasons’ ????3. Mattresses really soft… leaving us with morning backaches4. Inadequate supplies of paper products (staples like toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, napkins)5. Missing smoke detector in one of the bedrooms (dangling and open vesicle)6. Appliances are tired/old (missing ancillary pieces and/or chipped/rusted)7. Only one wine glass; not great glassware all-in-all8. Superficially clean… but needs a real good deep cleaningOverall, Unit needs a refresh. Not trying to be too harsh, but this is a sum of our feedback. On the upside, the location to Naples and public Pickleball Courts was ideal.

Great home!

We had a great stay. We enjoyed having our own heated pool. We had all beach items we needed in their garage and the state park is not crowded, beautiful white sand and clear water, and only a 3 min drive. A state park pass came with the house. I would definitely stay here again. House was also clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. The one item that would make it perfect would be cable tv. Otherwise, outstanding — from pool to big bedrooms and bathrooms to modern kitchen. Loved our week.

The property is nice it was well equipt for all our needs and the heated pool was very nice. The owners were quick to address our needs. It was a bit further from the beach than I had thought it would be but we had our bikes and Vanderbilt beach was amazing!

Rena is beyond helpful. She is very responsive in communication. The place is very spacious, super convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Rena!

This house had plenty of space for our family 5; tv time, chillin time, etc. The heated pool kept our family busy for ours and the spacious rooms allowed for easy down-time. Conveniently located near the airport, shopping, activities, and amazing restaurants, we would easily stay here again.
