Coupled with views of the dazzling sea and the most stunning sunset on Aegina, this superb and luxurious property really is special. The careful architectural blend of contemporary styling with carefully chosen objects d’ art from around the world helps create a comfortable, harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.

The central level of the villa includes a very spacious living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, an elegant dining area and a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The panoramic sea views from the glass doors lead onto a superb outdoor terrace and swimming pool, with stone steps leading down to the garden bursting with olive, pomegranate and citrus trees.

The first two bedrooms are located a few steps from the living area. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with wonderful sea views, while the second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and views overlooking the hills.

From the living area, a staircase leads down to a library and a lounge with comfortable sofas, blue ray TV, DVD player and a collection of over 700 DVDs. This lounge also benefits from the same floor to ceiling windows featured throughout the property.

From here, a few steps lead to the garden and a narrow hallway leads to a small double bedroom and an adjacent shower room. Descending to the next level, there is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has its own private patio nestled in the serene garden, with equally beautiful views.
Outside at the far end of the large private pool there is an outdoor cooking area complete with professional standard barbecue facilities. The outdoor dining area is shaded by a covered pergola and features a stunning teak table, bench and chairs, so guests can enjoy alfresco dining in elegant surroundings.

The entire pool terrace has great views over Moni Island.

This year we installed a special device in the pool in order for the water chlorination to be performed through electrolysis of seawater, the 'harmful' tablets of chlorine not to be used and for your body not to smell chlorine. In this way you have the feeling that you swim in the sea (ideal for kids). Also, in the pool there is hydrogen for body massage and opposite swimming for exercise. The cleaning takes place any other day.
We provide you with an Arcam hi-fi system , two all weather BOSE surrounding speakers, hidden in the trees, in order while you swimming in the pool, to listen any kind of music you want. The only thing to remember is to have the iPad or the iPod or the iPhone loaded with your favorite songs. We can provide you with two iPods 15 and 10 thousand songs respectively.
A pathway with a wide variety of aromatic herbs planted alongside leads to the barbecue area, where one finds a large marble table set out under the shade of an olive tree. This is the perfect place to sit and relax, whilst contemplating the view. Surrounded by unspoilt nature, the property includes a private olive grove, an orchard filled with a variety of fruit trees, such as pear, cherry, apple, pomegranate, citrus and fig trees, an organic vegetable garden and fresh grapes from the vineyard – all of which can be enjoyed by guests as the seasons allow. The garden is terraced with traditional stone-built walls, offering plenty of spots to escape and relax while surrounded by nature.
The fourth unspoiled sandy beaches (no houses nearby) with umbrellas ☔️ and small cantina, there’s about 6 minutes drive from the villa.
Also ,at the same time , you may find to Perdika village, supermarkets, taverns, fish taverns, cafe and bars watching over the most beautiful fisherman’s port.
From Perdika, you can take a small engine boat to Moni Island, 10 minutes distance and you can swim in a beautiful private beach with crystal waters umbrellas and canteen, without houses only deers and peacocks around you, that you allowed to feed them. The cost is € 5 per person back and forth.

The picturesque fishing village of Perdika with its seafood restaurants and small marina is about a 5-minute drive away. Guests interested in visiting a farm should not miss out on a unique horse riding experience, just 500 m away from the villa. Being on the south side of the island, the property is about a 5-minute drive from some of the island’s best beaches, such as Klima and Klidi, which boast crystal clear waters and pine-fringed sandy beaches. The sandy beach at Sarpa featuring loungers and umbrellas, as well as Marathonas beach, considered one of the best on the island and Aiginitissa beach, perfect for families with small children, are also within easy driving distance.
With its mixture of sophisticated café-bars lining the quayside and traditional tavernas, shops and colorful markets, Aegina Town is a 20-minute drive away, while Moni Island is also just a 10-minute water taxi ride across the bay. Inhabited only by rare species of deer, goats and peacocks, Moni is where you can relax on the beach and swim in crystal clear waters; a protected site, the only development on the island is a small beach bar crowning the main beach.

The home is beautiful and very spacious, however with all the art work within easy reach, it’s not a place for small children. It would be helpful to know when to adjust the window shades during day to maximize the house air flow. The installation of ceiling fans could improve air circulation thus keeping the large family room area cooler. The owner was super helpful with local restaurant recommendations and sites while dealing with his own family health issue. The saltwater pool was wonderful and very well kept. The sunsets from the family room terrace were exceptional and enjoyed every evening. In addition the owners house keeper did prepare for us a wonderful casserole of stuffed tomatoes for our late day arrival. And when we could not locate any baklava nearby she made some for us, an excellent cook! Would highly recommend this home for those who want to enjoy a place of beauty, rest and leisurely evenings of wine, cheese and olives with the gorgeous views.

We had a great week staying at Dimitris’ house. The location is beautiful with stunning views. It is quite remote and you definitely need a car. Dimitris was a very helpful host and he arranged a lovely meal out for us in Perdika and had a delicious meal prepared by Sophia on our arrival. He also gave us lots of great tips about where to visit and eat out. The pool area of the house is fantastic.

A very nice villa, well decorated and equiped. Dimitris, the owner was very helpful before and during our stay. He organized transfers to and from Athens, found the best offer for car rental, told us where to go for nice beaches, restaurants and places to visit, boat trip. The villa private pool has stunning views over the islands, Moni, Agistri, Methana up to Peloponese. Service was just great with fruits, drinks and special attentions not normally provided for a 2 weeks stay. A great place to stay with nature all around, olive and fruit trees, vineyard, flowers, aromatic plants... only a few minutes drive to Perdika restaurants and Supermarket. We can only recommend.

Perched on the side of hill with a panoramic view that takes n the coast of the Greek mainland and a scattering of islands this place is a little piece of heaven. A warm welcome from Dimitirs and a lovely meal prepared by Sophia started our weeks stay off in style. The villas is spacious and filled with fascinating pieces of art and artifacts. Even during the heatwave that was our stay we managed to stay cool with a combination of aircon units and the ingenious blinds and shutters in every room of the villa. Although the road up to the villa is a little bit of a challange it is well worth it. The isolation is glorious with only the sounds of insects and the odd motorbike on the road below to spoil the peace and quiet. The pool was fabluous and kept clean for us during our stay although a few extra sunshades would have been very welcome especially as the site is so exposed. We loved this place and intend to return on our next family visit to Aegina.

The villa is beautifully designed and the views are stunning. Everything we needed was there, and it was immaculately clean. Dimitris and his family welcomed us on the first day, and he was always available by phone if we had a question. Sophia the housekeeper did a fantastic job and always brought a gift of a cake or bread fresh from the oven, eggs or veg from her garden. One evening she cooked a delicious fish dinner for us which Dimitris has ordered via a local fisherman, which was fun. The warmth of the welcome and the care taken of us was outstanding and we highly recommend the villa to anyone who enjoys 5 star hotels but with the privacy and seclusion of a private home. The pool was great, too, we never once needed to skim it, as the filtration system is excellent. Because the villa is airconditioned, we slept fantastically well (usually in hot countries we have to leave windows open and are woken by dogs etc). I highly recommend this villa for the comfort, views, cleanliness and last but certainly not least, the outstanding generosity and charm of the hosts.

Having a look at the photos and reading the reviews for various villas, we decided to stay in this particular one for five nights, so as to visit Aegina island as well. Leaving behind us the cold and rainy Brussels and after finding cheap tickets, we finally arrived at the island. All flowering trees. Colors and scents. Unbelievable!!! I do not have anything different to say from what I read in the Reviews. Everything is real!!! We had a great time, with beautiful sun and temperatures ranging from 20ο - 22ο C. We also had sun tan like summer… Do you believe it? We will definitely come back!!! Olivier Mic

Two couples from Canada celebrate their 30-year wedding anniversary. Very good value, incredible view!!! On top, a mountain overlooking the sea. We went on an 1-day cruise and had a swim in caves. We returned home and realized that they could view those caves from the balcony of the villa! The Villa is filled with lovely artwork and has 4 bedrooms. The pool is exceptionally well maintained. The housekeeper, Sophia, cooked moussaka and baklava that were exceptional and she was coming often. There was a neighbor who brought us the famous Aegina grown pistachio nuts. Early in the mornings we were hearing the sounds of goats being shepparded through the trails at the edges of the villa’s boundaries. The experience of being in a small village, while enjoying the luxury of the Villa. Navigating within the airport was easy; greeted by a porter who walked us through baggage reclaim area, to the money exchange counter and took us to our car rental desk. Dimitris met us at the ferry and guided us to the Villa and offered us a gift basket that contained locally produced wines, jams, honey and fruits. Americans demand by everyone to speak English, while the Greeks accommodate us. Prices in the shops and for tours were extremely reasonable. We knew that a Greek tourist visiting Montreal would have never got the warm welcome and hospitality we received on this wonderful island by these wonderful owners. We are apologizing for the late submission of our review. William G. September 1st, 2016

Dear Dimitris and Teta, Just a message to say what a wonderful host and hostess you were to us. We had a fantastic holiday in your home with a most wonderful Greek welcome. You were most generous and I can honestly say that in all the years we have been holidaying in Greece your holiday accommodation has been something special. It was wonderful to meet you both and your little daughter on our departure. Also, Teta was so attentive regarding any issues that we may have had, calling us most day. I know she is a busy lady with her job, but even so she still found time to contact us. Last of all I would like to pass on our regards to Sophia who made us feel at home and makes a wicked Moussaka and Baklava. I had laughs with her trying to speak Greek and she to understand English. Don’t forget, any time that you happen to be in England, we would be happy to hear from you.

I had a weeks sailing from Piraeus to Spetse and return which was wonderful but tiring and wanted a relaxing second week. Well would you believe it I found a Greek Shangri- La at Dimitris villa. Wonderful views from our master bedroom and all the facilities that a tired traveller would want. We received a wonderful Greek reception from Dimitris & Teta his wife. Greek lunch and evening meal were most welcome. Throughout our stay we received calls from Teta to see if all was well. A most wonderful warm experience .

We left the snowy Boston and we arrived at a dreamy place full of colors and smells. Colors and smells from flowering trees. The pool was stunning with opposite swimming and hydro massage and the water was cold. The weather was amazing. The house better than the photos. The beds were great, we relaxed. Everything was clean. Great service. We broiled at the barbecue: fantastic design and one day Sophia cooked meat in the stone oven by the pool. There are no words. Although it was relatively early (April) we had a great time, listening to the birds’ chirp and watching the wild partridges walking among the trees. Awesome! April 2015
