SPACIOUS AND COZY VILLA LOCATED ON RESORT WALKING DISTANCE FROM STARVED ROCK

Great location, responsive host, and very clean & comfortable!

We were thrilled with the property! It was exactly as described- clean, spacious, convenient with the kitchen and cooking utensils. When we are back in Utica, we’ll be staying again!

It was a beautiful place. It was very clean. Communication with the host was wonderful, but we found out everything is closed Monday through Wednesday and then the sleeping there is no pullout couch in the living room so the master bedroom has a king size bed and a pullout couch. The other bedroom has the two double beds so eight people would be sharing two bedrooms one person can sleep on the couch downstairs that is not a pullout couch other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Rooms were very nice and super clean. Easy check in to get there. Loved everything

The host was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early which was great!!! The unit was a corner unit with plenty of parking and great views from each window. The kitchen was well stocked and spotless. I was very impressed with the way the whole unit was clean.

Beautiful cabin. Extremely clean. Conveniently located for access to both nearby state parks. Highly recommend this lovely villa.

Loved the spaciousness and fireplaces

This space was so perfect for our family of four. The teenagers and adults each had plenty of space for individual activities and as a group we had plenty of space for board games, watching a show, having dinner together, cooking, or anything else that came to mind! Location was perfect for access to Starved Rock State Park and other nearby hiking areas. We appreciated having two full bathrooms, laundry access, and also all the dishes, coffee maker, toaster and amenities we could wish for to make some meals ourselves. We didn’t discover the game cupboard til our last day there but brought our own with us anyway. We had a great time in this space and I already posted a link to it for my Facebook friends in case they also want to come to this area! I also want to mention that the communication with our host was top notch and he was very responsive! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing host and THE perfect place for our mini vacation. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pans and silverware. We will definitely be back - highly recommend!

The working fireplaces on both levels made the space cozy on two very cold nights. The Christmas tree was beautifully decorated and lit, and plentiful towels for our family. The space was also spotless.

WE really enjoyed the downstairs gathering space for games and meals. The fireplace did a great job of keeping up cozy at night while adding some ambience. The location near starved rock hiking was spectacular, We enjoyed starry nights and fall colors.

It was a very comfortable environment. It was quiet and we enjoyed our family time. We had everything we needed to cook with. The beds were confortable, and walk jn shower was very convenient. Highly recommended

The place is huge! Lots of room if you have a large group. The kitchen is very big and was fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and glasses, utensils, etc.

This villa was VERY spacious and extremely clean! The kitchen was very well stocked to facilitate cooking. Enjoyed having 3 tv's equipped with cable so we didn't have to fiddle with streaming services.The only suggestions I would make is to have tissues available and stock the bathrooms with single-use shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We had brought some, but usually these things are provided. No complaints, though, as the villa and the resort property were wonderful!

The listing and unit was as advertised. The unit was clean and easily assessible to Starved Rock State Park (5 minute drive).

We loved it!

We shared a wall with very loud neighbors, but the very loud a/c covered the neighbor's noise.The furniture needs an update. The pull out couch was not useable, but there was a good air mattress which we inflated so provided the last sleeping space we needed. worked for our large group.The kitchen pans are also in need of an update.

Loved the villa! Great accommodations and amenities!!! Ivan, our host, was super responsive to my communications and so friendly! Knowing this was a mini honeymoon for us, he left us a card and a bottle of champagne. How nice. Highly recommend!

Very spacious and cozy as described! Everything you need to cook, clean and wash was readily available and in working order. The place was quiet, and my child enjoyed the park, the mini golf and especially the hot tub!! I will definitely be going back!

Very comfy accommodations with everything we needed for relaxing with adult kids and grandkids. The resort has a waterpark, mini golf and playground we took advantage of. Starved Rock State Park is just across the highway with great hiking trails, historic lodge and restaurant. Lots of local cafes, gift shops, and coffeehouses to shop as well. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend. Than you!

The lodge was very spacious and just as beautiful as the pictures! Check in and check out was easy. We had plenty space at the table for 6 of us to sit around and play games and catch up.

This place was wonderful! The location couldn't have been better. Very close to all the parks and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. This place is suitable for couples as well as families. I would definitely recommend it and I can't wait to go back.

Family of 6 traveling to see family. Quiet and pretty clean. Kitchen well stocked with pot, pans, etc. plenty of towels. Pics of listing are spot on. Nothing fancy, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo. Minutes from Starved Rock State park. Ample parking. We didn’t utilize any of the resort.

Perfect place to stay for a girls weekend getaway to Starved Rock! Super close to hiking trails and the quaint town of Utica.

Everything was good. The only thing we noticed was the pull out sofa bed in the living room did not pull out. Not sure if it was something we were doing wrong or it was broken.

The place was amazing it was way better than the picture i really appreciated the ease of everything and accommodating it was. The only thing i would recommend is to change the shower heads in both bathrooms and put the correct address on the information sheet informingththe

Great space, lots of room to playJet tub was favorite part of course!Kitchen had everything u could ask for, we never ate out at a restaurant one single time!Could use new sleeper sofa in living room and master bedroom patio door didnt open so it was pretty warm upstairs the first night

This place was great! It was bigger than we expected - we could have fit a second family, though it would have been a bit tight. The whole place was really nice - comfy beds, fireplaces, and even a hot tub as an added bonus :) And, of course, it's very close to Starved Rock and the other nearby state parks.A great place to stay!

3 day short getaway vaca to Starved Rock. This villa is a wonderful choice to stay at. Very well priced esp. no cleanup charges (all the other units charge up to 150 extra for cleanup). Spacious, quiet away from noisy water park but short walk there. Nice grounds. Villa well insulated from neighbor noise. Nice to walk around the grounds as the state park was wet and muddy. Will be back. Thanks Ivan for great communication.

The property was just what we needed for a winter trip. Near Matthieson State Park and Starved Rock. Lots to do. The condo was a great size for our family of 5. Would recommend it to

Having a short new years holiday stay over with extended family, we were met with the pleasing accommodations and the surprise of a festive holiday tree and decorations perfect for the atmosphere. Very thoughtful host and accommodating, I would enjoy returning to this villa in the future.

Rented with Ivan to hike the local state parks with friends. Great location, easy to get to, friends rented nearby so we could walk between units. Thanks Ivan!

This was a beautiful cabin in the woods. Quiet and serene. This was close to everything we wanted to see.

This comfortable villa accommodates a family to enjoy a nice visit to the Starved Rock State Park area and/or the Grand Bear Resort area. Well-stocked kitchen and supplies. We very much enjoyed our time here.

My friends and I had a fun time visiting Starved Rock and this place was close and convenient. We had a small issue with the door not locking but got it resolved very quickly. It was spacious and cozy.

Clean property plenty if room for a big group! Very close to Starved Rock and Matheissen Parks!! Could use some repairs. Master slider screwed shut so no acess to balcony, fireplace non functioning. Large complex of villas and GPS took us on a scenic route!! I would stay again!!
