So amazing close to the entrance to the pool.

This house was perfect. Loved the hot tub! No complaints at all! Kitchen was well stocked and organized! Loved staying across from snow canyon! Great pickle ball courts. Loved having the puzzles there

The place was immaculate, easy to find and enter with the code and information provided. Lots of towels for swimming. All the children and grandchildren spent a lot of time in the pool. Pool design was perfect for all ages. The management company provided all the information and help we needed for a prefect stay. Really liked having a garage for the car. Using the balcony for an early morning session reading was terrific. Cannot say enough nice things about the place, would definitely stay again. Nice to find a place to accommodate a large group.

Book it was very easy and we booked both courses through the Ledges. Rental had lots of space for all of us. Only down side was that the trager grill didn’t work. Igniter box wouldn’t keep the pellets lit. We used the grill next door after taking to maintenance: Could have been an issue, but we got it done. Had a great time!

You can sit under the pergola of your upper floor patio and watch your kids and grandkids in the pool! A familiar whistle from mom and the kids come running. Literally steps from the pool. The views are beautiful, golf is close by as is the clubhouse with amazing food and service. An evening with live music was much enjoyed and the attention to detail that you’ll find in the house is much appreciated. Super clean, plenty of room for lounging and eating. Plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked and spotless kitchen. An extra fridge makes shopping easy.. and the kids loved playing galaga on the arcade. The Ledges does a great job with their vocational rental guests. The only thing missing is a hot tub and I heard they are getting one! That will make it perfect! If you find availability grab this house before it’s too late! It truly is a Pool ParTee Paradise!! For swimmers and golfers a like.

We will lay 36 every day so by the time we get back for the night it’s showers and sleep. The Ledges has it all if you want more. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Great location and a great course as well
