Spacious 5 bedroom Stone Villa with Private Pool and Sea view

WE had a wonderful trip, Mlini close enough to Dubrovnik, lots of great restaurants. Irena is a gem, wonderfully helpful and caring, eager to assist in any way. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay here couldn't have been better. Irena was fantastic in arranging everything before we arrived and was so helpful whilst we were there. The property was perfect for us...an extended family if 10. Mlini itself is beautiful as are the surrounding bays and villages. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much!.

This house was so amazing. Essentially 2 apartments which made it easy for some of us to work while the others were enjoying the location. Easy walk to local restaurants and hotels for meals. Kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepped at the house. Teens enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to get to the sea. The hosts went out of their way to assist us in planning excursions. We had a bit of a miscommunication on one of our plans. You will want to be very specific if you are communicating in English. I’m just so grateful they were able to speak english!! All in all excellent trip with amazing hosts. We felt very lucky to have found this spot.

The property is very well equipped, light and spacious; we had everything we needed and the air conditioning was very welcome. Irena was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay and I am very happy to recommend this property.

Great villa with exceptional service from Irena the host. It’s well located in Mlini 10 min a walk to averything you need plus water taxis to Dubrovnik and Cavctat . Points to note villa is exceptionally specified with high quality bathrooms kitchen and sun beds. Be aware though that it is in fact two apartments with separate front doors. Would suggest that the host issues more than one key for each apartment. Other things to note are bedroom with the bunk beds was in fact a double perfect for us. The bbq is in an area behind the house with nice table and chairs but cut off from the very nice terrace and view with large covered dining table would have preferred the bbq on the main terrace. Bonus was a table football on the outside that gave many hours of fun. Outside toilet for when in the pool area , outside fridge also for the pool - all very well thought out. Would recommend this villa and if we come back as group to Mlini we would stay here again. Mlini is just perfect setting for a family holiday excellent independent restaurants , a few bars and a nice walk among the front though the pine woods with activity’s like jet skis boat hire , kayaks etc.

This is a beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa in a perfect location - it is near to everything. The pool was a big hit and in the Croatian heat is essential. The beach is nearby where there is plenty of space and shade; watersports are available and there are many cafes and bars on the promenade. The rest of the bay is within walking distance including water taxis to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The bus stops for Dubrovnik and Cavtat are just up the road as is the local small supermarket which is well stocked. The large supermarket is about a 10 minute walk so we got a taxi back. Mlini is a lovely place in a beautiful setting - a perfect place for a holiday. Irena and Kristina will support you in any way you need. Irena booked airport transfers for us and Kristina was on hand if we needed any advice or help. All of our party enjoyed both the villa and Mlini itself.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Mlini. The house is as described, very clean and good furnishings and fittings. Very comfy beds. The view from the upstairs terrace is unforgettable, pine trees and blue sea. The only thing to note and that we did not realise is that the house is actually two apartments which are only connected from the outside ie you can't access the upstairs from downstairs without going outside. This didn't matter to us as we were two families but if you were one family ,particularly with young or older members it could be a problem. The outside area of the villa is great, lovely pool, plenty of comfy loungers and shady places to relax. The location of the villa is its best asset, 15 mins from the airport and 15 mins into Dubrovnick. walk across the little, quiet road, through the pine trees and you are on the beach!Plenty of beautiful coves with outstanding water. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance, we only used our car hire to go to the supermarket. Mlini is very small and quite unspoilt. Irena was v helpful as was Kristina who arranged various taxis and boat excursions for us. Would thouroughly recommend Villa Mlini

short taxi ride from the airport that was kindly arranged by Irena. Immaculate Villa as described. Short walk to a small grocery shop and a 10/15 walk to a supermarket. Irena was there to great us with Karolina who showed us around the villa and where everything was. They spent a lot of time with us to ensure that we were happy. Karolina also left her number and through her we booked a trip. Highly recommend, thank you!
