Spacious 3 BR Villa - short walk to the Beach, prime Coligny location

Great place to stay within short walking distance to Coligny Beach, shops, and restaurants… Wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore more! Very clean with plenty of room for a big family like ours!

Wonderful place and location!

Generally the unit is as pictured from a visual perspective. The cleaning of the unit particularly in the kitchen could use extra attention. The host communicated effectively and were easy to work with. It is close to Coligny plaza and the beach.

This lovely condo is exactly as pictured! The location is perfect! The provided beach wagon was an added bonus. Host was excellent to communicate with. I highly recommend this condo!

Great location. There was enough room for everyone. Beautiful balcony where we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather!

Location, location, location! We loved staying so close to the beach. Easily accessible sidewalks and a crosswalk to get you safely to Coligny Beach in 5-8 min walk. Beds were comfortable, many of the small items like soap, shampoo, hand soap, etc included to make stay more enjoyable. Host answered any and all questions thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. It is 3 bedrooms but we loved that the third bedroom had TWO twin-over-full bunk beds for a family with two kids. The location is easily walkable to many restaurants and the beach. The pool on the property was small but clean and felt great to jump in to cool off. We had great dinners at Bootleggers and Catch 23. A great brunch spot is Lost Dog Cafe. We highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay on Folly Beach.

We had an amazing stay here! Vince, was super quick to respond and accommodating! He purchased a cooler when we asked if the property had one. The kitchen is super well stocked for cooking meals at home, plenty of towels for bathrooms and beach, amazing beach chairs, toys, and a wagon for hauling it to the beach. The property was easy to navigate and a super quick walk to coligny plaza and short drive to sea pines. It was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Overall the property is really nice, great location. Have beach chairs, buggy and cooler which is great to have. Only suggestion is time for a good deep clean.

Precisely as described and better! Our family enjoyed the wonderful location and comfortable surroundings. So close to shopping, dining and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was tidy and welcoming.

Vince was such an incredible host and was extremely accommodating. The condo is the perfect size for a group and the grounds are stunning. Our group had such a great time and the location is unmatched. 5 minute walk to all good restaurants, bars, and shops.100/10 for this place. We will be back!

I can not say enough about this property. My husband and I enjoyed an extended stay and had family visit for a few of the days. The photos and description of property are accurate and has everything you would need, including beach chairs, beach wagon and a few toys for the kiddos. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and amazing playground was perfect. Communication with Vince was great. He even stopped by to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Great location within walking distance to good, beach, shopping. Easy access, good parking. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for meals. We were so happy!

Great property and location. I loved that they had nice beach chairs. Spacious and convenient to everything. The owners were exceptional about communication. Area residents were super friendly and welcoming. My only detractor was the master bedroom pillow shams were dirty or stained. They need to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that it was a 10.

This was truly a spacious, nicely decorated and clean villa! One of our best rentals ever in HH! A super short walk to Coligny plaza and across the road from the Tiki hut and direct beach access! So fun! The pool and pickleball courts were so nice and we enjoyed watching the turtles and fish from the little bridge on the property. Easy parking and the bike paths were right in front of our complex. The overall property and location was quiet yet close to all the fun! We can’t wait to come back again!

This was a wonderful condo for our family to spend fall break! You cannot beat the location and the condo came stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful property, great location, and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, food and shops. I will say the cleanliness can definitely improve as we had to wash multiple dishware prior to use, and the floors were not clean. But overall this was a great find. Thank you.

Vince is an incredible host & is very responsive to any questions that we had. Their condo is pretty much in the middle of Coligny Square & beach access , which are the desirable spots for visitors. The pics of the condo do not do it justice, it’s 2 story & wonderfully decorated. Most importantly, it is super clean. We had 7 adults & in my opinion could definitely sleep 10. So, if you want to feel like you’re part of a family, Vince & his Wife do just that. Incredible Host & awesome accommodations!! You can possibly find a place just as nice, but you’re doing yourself an injustice, these owners are wonderful & they made their place like our home for the week. In their pics on the site are exactly what you experience while there. Hard to find good, wholesome honest people , but we undoubtedly did with them. Thanks for the experience & rare hospitality. This place was very comfy (great beds, two levels to accommodate our family, nice kitchen, wonderful swimming pool) but the location was outstanding. A 5 minute walk to the best beach on the island (and to lots of shops/restaurants/ice cream). The beach wagon and chairs were a plus. And Vince was a great communicator about everything -- very helpful.

Great property, convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. We did have an issue with the A/C which the owner responded to quickly and had it repaired. Large kitchen with nice appliances. Good sized bedrooms and plenty of space for the four of us.

We had a great stay in this convenient and charming location! It was so nice being within walking distance to everything. The space was cute, clean, and surprisingly roomy for the area. The beds were very comfortable, and while the pool was on the smaller side, it was never too crowded and made for a relaxing spot.Parking was easy and the available luggage carts were a huge help. We did have a bit of trouble with the air conditioning (it was especially hot during our stay), but the owner came by to check on it the day before we left and has since let us know it's being fixed.A couple things to note: the stairs are curved, which made us wish we had packed a baby gate for our 1-year-old. Also, when grocery shopping, consider grabbing extra essentials like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels—we ran through what was provided fairly quickly.Overall, a great spot we’d definitely recommend!

We so enjoyed our time at Hilton Head this week! Thankful for a pleasant place to stay with hosts that were gracious and helpful. Our beach time was everything we hoped it would be!

We checked in for week and had an amazing stay. The unit/building is actually 3 minutes to Coligny Beach. The owner/manager is super nice. In general the island is kept super clean. Well kept gardens. It was a holiday atmosphere from when we set our feet on it. We are definitely planning to return in future.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. We LOVED the location, it’s so easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beach chairs and umbrella were so useful for our beach day. Would recommend staying here!

This villa was perfect for our stay with three kids 8 and under. When we arrived, we found the unit very clean. The owners have also been thoughtful in what they have in their unit including nightlights, lots of charging stations, beach gear, CO monitors, and samples of travel size bathroom products. After exploring the island, we decided this was the best location. We were a block from the beach, and could easily walk. The Tiki Hut is also convenient, which was an added bonus. We also loved walking to the gorgeous playground behind the unit and to Coligny Plaza. Thank you for the stay.

The location is amazing - we could walk everywhere including the beach, stores, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, etc. Vince was an amazing host answering all questions, providing our parking passes, and was attentive to our needs. The arrangements were perfect for our family of 6. We would stay here again without hesitations.

Our family had a wonderful time on HHI! This condo was perfect for us, with more than enough room for our family of 4. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean! Within walking distance to the beach and Cologny plaza for shopping/food. The pool area was great. We rented bikes for 3 days and they were conviently dropped off and picked up right out front of the condo complex. Lots of trails and you can ride on the beach as well! Would highly recommend Vince’s place!

The condo was perfect with all the accommodations found at home. Short walk to the beach and fun shopping too. Just a heads up if you drive a truck you will not be able to use the parking garage, so it makes getting your luggage up to the room a little more fun! There are luggage carts and ample parking in front of the building but you can’t get the cart to the outside parking lot. Overall, we had an amazing experience and definitely recommend this listing!
