This lovely stone clad cottage was built in traditional Majorcan style. Set in 5.000 sqm of land, off the road Santanyí to Alquería Blanca and without direct neighbours, it offers both privacy and good connection with Santanyí and the nearby villages and beaches.

The main entrance is on the veranda and opens to the comfy living-dining room with American style kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher, hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.The two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are on the house’s rear side. The bedrooms dispose of two single beds each and the living area is furnished and equipped with a sofa and two chairs, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player and Wifi. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open.

The veranda stretches across the total house width. The BBQ is conveniently located right on the terrace, furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs to enjoy your meals alfresco. Right next to the veranda is the swimming pool with large sun terraces, sun loungers and poolside shower.



Son Garrot offers nice views the rural surroundings. The nearby town of Santanyí hosts a well-attended weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. But Santanyí also has a lot to offer, numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music, exhibitions and much more. Also worth a visit is the seaside village of Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbor or the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain with a fantastic panoramic view over the island. The Parc Natural Mondragó is very close and also the two beaches Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.

Bringing a dog up to a maximum of 10 kg is permitted. No more than one dog is allowed. Dogs of potentially dangerous breeds are not accepted. If you want to bring a dog, you must inform us when booking.
