From the upper terrace you have a beautiful view to the south of the island of Cabrera, as well as to the east of the church of the town of Santanyi, which is also known for its colorful market days.
A large number of sandy beaches and picturesque bays can be reached quickly by car. The finca has a usable area of 350m2.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Great place to relax with your family. Large pool, fully equipped outdoor and indoor kitchen. Communication with the owner and check in was super friendly. Only thing to improve, nicer sun beds at the pool area.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022we spent here 1 week in August . We were 4 family, 8 adults and 4 children . The house has everything you can desire. Every rooms is comfortable but the main room is a dream. you can find all the tools in the kitchen that you desire. The swimming pool and the out side area is perfect to have dinners. Thorsten is the guy who supported us during these days and he is very nice and professional. The house is in a very quite area. In the dark it was not so easy to reach , it took us a couple of days to find it easily but the place is really the paradise.

Stayed Aug 1, 2021Casa Motomi was quite spectacular. The pictures on the VRBO site do not do it justice. The pool and outdoor living areas were perfect for lazy days in the sun/shade with 2 outdoor and one indoor dining areas seating 10+ people. Gas BBQ, Plancha Grill, and other toys available which were perfect for outdoor cooking. The pool was a good size for a few quick lengths, to coll off while reading a book, or for the children to lark about well into the evening. The master bedroom was complete with four poster bed, wooden tub and double shower ensuite, and a large south facing balcony, all with views of the surrounding country side. The local village of Es Llombards, a 3-5 minute drive, had some good restaurants, and within a further 10 minutes you would find yourself in Santanyi or Ses Sallines with more variety. Local “Calas” with crystal clear waters were all accessible within an easy 15-30 minutes’ drive. We could not have asked for a better Villa. The support and recommendations from the local property manager Thorsten were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a family or two, or a large group of friends. A great retreat!
