MODERN VILLA, JUST 6 MINUTES DRIVING DISTANCE FROM THE CENTRE OF MORAIRA AND IT’S BEAUTIFUL BEACHES.

Solhabitat Infinity Moraira is located just 6 minutes away by car from the centre of Moraira, a charming town with fantastic beaches and a wide range of restaurants and leisure activities.

This modern villa with 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 8 people has a large terrace with private swimming pool from where you get a spectacular view of the valley of Moraira with the sea line in the background.

It’s distributed on 2 floors but aside from this, it has another additional independent lower floor.

On the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room, two bright bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom # 1 has a double bed and direct access to the pool. Bedroom # 2 has two single beds and nice views of the garden. Both are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and shared bathroom #1.

On the first floor, there is an en suite bedroom # 3 with air conditioning and its own relaxation area on the balcony. It’s a spacious bedroom with a double bed that has an equally large balcony.

Independently, there is suite/bedroom #4 that can be accessed descending the stairs next to the pool. It’s a bedroom with a private hall and bathroom. It’s very well decorated and it also has a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. This is the only bedroom that doesn´t offer a view.

Outside this incredible house, we can find a glazed covered terrace with a large dining room, an uncovered terrace with a private swimming pool, an outside bathroom#5 with toilet and shower, a barbecue and comfortable loungers to enjoy the sun.

The house also has WI-FI and a parking area for 2 cars.

IMPORTANT

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

Villa infinity was a great family villa for our summer holiday. Plenty of space for everyone without feeling on top of each other. The villa is really well equipped and has everything you need during your stay. The inside/outside dining is fabulous and the pool area is superb. Perhaps the bathrooms could do with a bit of an update. But overall a great villa with great facilities. We had to contact Solhabitat a couple of times during our stay and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Every request we made was dealt with speedily and very efficiently. Each time we contacted them with a request, it was dealt with on the same day, sometimes within the hour… a really great service. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to - Would highly recommend Solhabitat to anyone. The only improvement I could suggest is a slightly better welcome pack. For what we paid - it would have been nice to have a few more basics and just very simple things like salt and pepper.

Nos ha encantado la casa. Hemos disfrutado de unos días en familia muy agradables. La casa está muy bien equipada. Las zona de la piscina y el porche nos ha encantado. Muy recomendable. El alumbrado exterior. Recomendable reseñar la ruta de acceso a la casa.

The villa, furnishings, pool and view were all spectacular. We had an amazing 2 weeks here and will definitely go back again. For arrivals late on a Saturday evening's it would be good to let know that almost every shop in the Country now shuts on Sundays. Contrary to opening days / times on stores websites we could not find a single open shop. We ended up having to use a petrol station shop to get basics for our 2 young girls and then go shopping on the Monday. Was not the best start to our holiday! Luckily the Villa and everything else made up for it.
