Great location, east parking and check in. Cooking and cleaning had a couple hiccups but otherwise fantastic can highly recommend. Great communication too.

Although we only stayed for a couple of days and were mostly away doing day activities, we enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. The only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend to visit!

Clean & tidy 2 bedroom bungalow situated in the Sandpiper on Smith’s Lake grounds. Comfortable, convenient and peaceful. Lots of green space and easy access to a moderate walk part way around Smith’s Lake. BBQ in good working order. Good TV, wifi, board games & books. Tennis court was a drawcard. Basic kitchen. BYO bed linen, towels & kitchen cloths & tea towels. Perfect for couples or a small family on a budget looking for a peaceful & pleasant short break. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful and quiet location, lots of room for the kids to play outside. Communication with the host was excellent. Will definitely book another stay at Bongo’s.

Perfect location, great place, all the amenities you need. Comfortable bed. Great view of the lake. So relaxing. Close to lots of things to see and do. Check in and communication with owners easy and friendly. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Overall the location of the property was awesome and amazing views. The interior of the place could do with updating however and after rain the smell of damp was very strong.

Fantastic location with Smiths lake right at your front door. Great spot to sit by the water and completely unwind . Bongos villa is very musty and damp and the smell that greeted us upon arrival was overwhelming, even the doonas and pillows stunk of damp and musty, luckily we had bought all our own otherwise we wouldn't have stayed.The spare pillows in the cupboard need to be thrown away as they were covered with stains and are filthy not really something that should be left in the cupboard. We burnt scented candles but unfortunately it's a smell that can't be masked by candles. The unit itself is very cozy and is well supplied for a short stay. Although a bit of modernising would be a great advantage. It is in need of some TLC. We own a holiday rental property and we would never have our property presented like this. Sorry.
