Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got this house for a fun family getaway. The house was really fun and clean. In a really good location, not too busy at all. The only problem we had was that the pools are not heated. We had a lot of kids really excited to swim and it ended up being very cold. They do advertise a heated pool, I just wish they clarified what months were included in that so you don't end up with sad kiddos!

The house is very nice and location is great. We had a great experience.

It was great fun. We loved the bunk beds, beanbags and ping pong table.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the location perfect location for walking to the pool and all the bunk beds left a great experience for bonding with family and friends our kids loved gathering and sleeping on all the bunks great location plenty of room much enjoyed time as we came out for the AFA softball tournament the only thing I would opt for with such a large house we went through alot of trash having 20 people in the house additional trash bags should be provided we had to end up going out and purchasing some since we didn’t have enough provided for the stay

We like to attend shows at Tuacahn and this property fits our family's needs perfectly. It is clean and well-appointed. We cooked most of our meals in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. The Olympics were on so we could gather in the living area as a group to watch events. The beds are comfortable and there is enough space for everyone. We used the laundry facilities. My only suggestion to improve would be to open the pool earlier. It doesn't open until 10 but the weather was warm enough for swimming much earlier than that. The customer service before and after our stay was superb. Katlin sent me pictures of what was in the kitchen so we could plan meals. Dan called to let us know a personal item was left behind after we checked out and quickly got it shipped to us. We had an issue come up while we were there and after a text to management, maintenance came to resolve things. It's those kinds of things that will keep us coming back.
