Stayed May 29, 2025Nice property - excellent communication, very clean and in a great location - quiet, yet close to St. George. Great 5 day hangout. Only con was the lack of live television - it either wasn’t available, or there were no instructions on how to access it.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025My family recently stayed while visiting southern Utah. The home was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very nice and all neighbors friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 30, 2024Overall a great vacation rental in a nice development. As golfers we were pumped to be right on the course, but because of some big bushes you don’t have a good view from the back patio. Didn’t get to play the course because they were closed for maintenance, but we will next time as it looks pretty nice. Short walk to the pool and pickleball courts, no need to drive. Enjoyed the upstairs patio with the fire pit every night!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immaculate house. Easy walking to the swimming pool and pickleball. The bunkbeds in the loft were perfect for our kids in addition to 3 full bedrooms. Highly recommend this unit and we will probably look to rent again. Some of the chairs at the table need to be replaced, but otherwise, really great.
