Detached 5 Bedroom Ovacik Villa
The detached, three-storey home boasts five bedrooms. It also includes a secluded gazebo near the pool side. The lively summer resort of Hisaronu and the harbour town of Fethiye are also nearby.
Interior
Entering the property, the main door opens towards the living room and open plan kitchen. Also, although the ground-floor living space includes ample space for dining, the outdoor terrace offers plenty of room for a family-sized table and chairs. The area is ideal for an al-fresco family dining, gatherings or entertaining during the warm summer months.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom are all located on the first floor. One bedroom enjoys fantastic views over the surrounding forests and mountains. There is another double and a single bedroom are located here.
Basement
Although this floor is at lower ground level, it still enjoys plenty of natural light through windows overlooking the grounds. There is also a second lounge which is being used as a game and a cinema room. You will find a newly-fitted family bathroom and 2 very generous bedrooms. This floor is cooler than upstairs hence most of the families and elderly people are preferring these bedrooms compared to the upstairs.

The villa is in a lovely spot although the taxi drivers can never find it as it is like up a driveway. If I'm going to be really picky the villa itself could have had a better clean. Inside the wardrobes was dusty so if you put clothes on the shelves they were covered in white dust. Tables outside again really dusty. Could have done with some top sheets on the bed instead of just the throws. Maybe some more pillows too. It didn't have a kettle in but messaged the contact and one was brought straight away. Overall a fab place and would stay again. The pool was nice good decent size/depth with added bonus of a small child pool at side for people with young kids or to dip your feet in.
