luxury villa for rent city D

Outstanding property, great location. 5 min walk to nearest, supermarket, bars, restaurants and Taxi rank. 5min ride to Hisaronu, 10/15 min to Olu Deniz and about the same to Fethiye.Villa itself was spotlessly clean with fantastic aircon in living area and all bedrooms. Comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms.Outside area was excellent, very well maintained and cleaned every day. Pool was beautiful and became a huge part of our stay, totally private and relaxing.Highly recommend this property, excellent communication with Ali at the agency, who also arranged private airport transfers.Will return.

We booked city villas for 9 nights and the villa and gardens were lovely, the guy came every day to clean the pool area and patios, our only suggestions would be that it would have been nice to have a music player of some sort and it would also be helpful to have a few essentials on arrival ie hand soap and toilet roll in the bathrooms and a dish cloth and towel in the kitchen.

The Villa is in a good position within the town however I definitely would suggest a car hire to get around. The lagoon is a great spot for chilling especially the Virgo beach club. Has an Ibiza vibe. (Also a brilliant Steak restaurant a walk from the Villa called Terra) It is quite a built up area but secluded enough and far enough from the busiest part which is called ‘The Strip’ where there are lots of UK themed bars and shops selling ‘copies’! Not something we were interested in. The Villa itself has everything you need and the outside area is perfect. Ali the property manager was very helpful.

 Our over 2 weeks-long vacation at City Villa D was fantastic. The villa is a very nice house, tastefully furnished with focus on details. Comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms in the bedrooms. Lots of room to relax and have fun. Kitchen well equipped. The kids loved the pool right away. Property grounds and pool cleaned daily. Walking distance to the nearest shops – 3 min. Very close to the bus stops and taxi stations. Privacy is something we appreciate and this one met up to our expectations. The welcoming City Oludeniz provided fine dining, boat cruises, water sports, and much more. The beach and the sea were wonderful and the views were spectacular! The host answered our inquiries with great assistance and competence.

Booking was a breeze, once deposit was confirmed. The property manger made contact with a welcome message within 30 minutes. Property manager offered Airport transfers & a basic shopping package which we accepted. Transfer was on time, nice smooth drive to the villa. The shopping was @ the villa waiting for us on arrival. Villa is cleaned once midway through the stay. Property nice, pool nice @ property management engaging & responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Small cons - Very minor to be honest Light bulbs need to be maintained, some bulbs out Table football great idea but doesn't work seen better days. Needs to be removed / replaced. We as a family really enjoyed this villa and I'm sure you will too

We had a great time at the villa, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool was fabulous and cleaned every day! Ali was available throughout our stay if we had any questions or queries, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!

We are a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay in June 2022 in this lovely villa. It was exactly as described with private gardens. The pool was fantastic to have and maintained every morning. The villa is located on the quieter end of town which suited us and shops and good quality restaurants are within easy walking distance. We made good use of the taxi button outside of the property when travelling to Hisaronu, Oludeniz beach and Fethiye. Travel excursion booths are a 5-10 minute walk to book days out. We recommend this property

I honestly can’t recommend this villa enough!! Right from booking Ali was superb, very efficient and the villa and it’s grounds were spotless. Ali also organised our airport transfers which ran without any problems. The Turkish community honestly can’t do enough for you to make your stay the best possible. I will definitely return next year!! Thank you Ali and his team for all your hard work to make our stay fabulous.

We stayed here for a week 18-25th September. The villa is beautiful and was lovely and tidy. We have stayed in this area before so knew it well, there are a few shops/supermarkets in walking distance which is great and a taxi button right outside the villa. We had a powercut one evening but I rang Ali and within 10 minutes he was there and all resolved. Thank you very much for a lovely stay will be sure to recommend and may even be back in the near future!
