Villa Ekim is a stunning 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Property with Private Pool

Villa Ekim is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located in Ovacik in South West Türkiye. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the lively resort of Hisaronu and a 10 min bus ride (dolmus) to the beautiful Olu Deniz beach. Fethyie is also only 15 minutes away by bus.

This is a private villa, with its own gated entrance. Steps lead down into the front garden area, with access to the private pool. Upon entering the property, you come into a spacious reception area with access to the fullyequipped kitchen with all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, oven and electric hob. The open plan lounge is also situated on the ground floor with fire and a 40 inch flat screen TV, complete with DVD player. The patio doors in the living room and kitchen lead onto a spacious private wrap around terrace, which also allows access to the private pool, pool area and gardens. The gardens are well appointed, and we welcome you to make use of the brick built barbequeand dine al-fresco. There is also a pay as you go WIFI available in the Villa.

Marble stairs take you to the first floor where you find the master bedroom complete with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The upper floor also has a twin bedroom, again complete with a private balcony, and a family bathroom. There are a further 2 bedrooms on the lower ground floor a twin room and a double room, there is a family bathroom on the lower ground floor. We also have a chill out room with 2 double sofa beds a 32 inch tv and a selection of dvd's and books for those hot days.

The villa is air conditioned.
Any monies received for your stay with us are non refundable should you decide to cancel.

Transfers are £95 return up to 4 people an additional charge applies for a larger group. Transfers payable in resort.

PLEASE NOTE :

As we do not request a breakages deposit we reserve the right to request payment for any damages during your stay at the villa once it has been inspected on your departure. On your return home, any such damages will be billed for by us to your home address for the exact cost of recovery.

THE AREA - Ovacik /Hisaronu

The villa is situated in a quieter area, being only 5 minutes away from all the action of the resort you can spend your time here as relaxed or active as you choose with something for everyone.

Hisaronu is a resort perched 1500ft above sea level packed with shops, ATM's, Restaurants for all tastes. Hisaronu is a 5 minute walk away or you can catch the dolmus at the top of the road for a 2 min bus ride.

The resort area has a welcoming breeze on returning from the hot beach area during the day.

THE BEACH – Olu Deniz

Just 10mins drive from the villa down the winding mountain road is a stunning bay with a laid back atmosphere and one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey.

You can walk along the promenade and stop for lunch and drinks in one of the many beach bars or watch the paragliders landing on the beach. It is regarded as one of the best places in the world to paraglide due to its unique panoramic views, and the Babadag mountain's exceptional height.

Visit the lagoon area which is a national nature reserve and well worth the small entrance fee, it has sunbeds & parasols, showers/toilets and a refreshments area. On one side lie the calm waters of the lagoon, which is peaceful for picnics and relaxing.- on the other side is the warm clear waters of the mediterranean.

The temperatures can be extremely hot during July and August.

THE TOWN – Fethiye

10 mins drive in the other direction takes you to the wonderful market town of Fethiye. With its Pastpatur area (harbour bazaar) catering for tourists it has plenty of shops/bars and international restaurants that are well worth a visit. Right in the centre of town is the fish/veg market which has incredible bargains for that special barbeque. Alternatively buy your fish and one of the restaurants surrounding the market will create a delicious meal for you for around £2. The market is on every Tuesday in Fethiye.

You can take the 12 islands boat trip from the harbour area or a water taxi across to Calis Beach for a change of scenery

HISTORY – Kaya Koy Ghost village

10 mins drive through the village of Hisaronu is the aptly named ghost village. The houses here were once occupied by the greeks until the 1920's when they were repatriated back to Greece. The Turkish people refused to live in the properties for the worry of them being cursed and so they have remained empty ever since. Most of the buildings are still standing but in a state of dilapidation. You can walk through the houses in the village up the hill to the church at the top giving you a sense of the scale of the village and what life was like and has splendid views of the landscape or over the back of the lagoon follow the waymarked signs to Oludeniz.
