Single villa with private pool and lovely sea view

Very nice location with a beautiful garden, but not enough storage space for 2 travellers with 2 suitcases. Very narrow spiral staircase does not allow suitcases to be carried up to the 1st floor. the only one cabinet was full with warmer bedding. Space in kitchen also very limited.WLAN not working on ground flooer.All in all rather fancy looking but not very practical.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect being both quiet and peaceful whilst providing wonderful panoramic views. The sunsets are truly amazing evening displays not to be missed. The accommodation is well laid out making settling in an easy process. The garden is especially nice with a range of colourful plants and mature trees making the perfect back drop for the pool. The local village has everything you need; long sandy beaches, shops and restaurants all within walking distance of about 20 minutes. Finally, Chiara and Piero, our hosts, did everything possible to make our holiday both highly enjoyable and memorable - a BIG thanks to you!

Chiara is an exceptional host, easy to contact and had lots of great tips on where to go. You do need a car to visit all the wonderful towns and beaches nearby. I wish we had stayed longer as we couldn’t fit everything into one week. We particularly liked Noto, Ragusa and Marina Di Ragusa for the beach. The nearest town Sciciliis a fantastic place to eat in the evening as it is only a 12 minute drive and has so many good restaurants. The pool is really a plunge pool but good enough for cooling off. The views from the front patio is amazing

Fabulous all round

This is a lovely, peaceful and secluded spot that is perfect for anyone looking recharge or for a young family that wants to spend quality time together. The gated villa has a beautiful well kept garden with a patio and dining area both front and back (lovely Mediterranean sunsets at the front), and a private jacuzzi pool in a dedicated sunbathing area. Inside it has a well-equipped, modern kitchen and front room. Good Wi-Fi (although it seems to work better outside than in). Upstairs the bedroom is spacious and nicely designed (but mind your head on the ceiling beams) has great air conditioning (quiet too) and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a shower room downstairs. The property is also linked (there is a short path between the two gardens) with the one next door, which has a disco pool with an underwater light show. So if you have a larger party of people you could book both. Chiara is a very friendly and hospitable owner and great at communicating. There are nice beaches and some nightlife nearby at Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa and Marina di Monica. Large supermarket is nearby too. There are no unwanted surprises here. Other than a friendly local cat that delivered us some kittens. All good.

I really enjoyed the beautiful view to the see and green garden. The pool was cleaned regular. Two super markets were very close. Car recommeneded ;) Thank you Chiara for the great service. Best Kevin

nice place to spend some time in relaxing environment; appartment is fully equipment, 2 patios, shadow and sunshine the whole day. Chiara as host is friendly and supportive whenever needed. This place is nicely cleaned up, however, garbidge seems to be a problem on Sicily - as far as we experienced when driving through southern part of the island. That is why 'only' 4 stars in overall assessment.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in this gorgeous villa and surrounding gardens. The pool area and back garden were fabulous with lemon and carob trees with the pool area and great bbq facilities. The stunning views to the front were so amazing. We sat watching the sun set each evening and never tired of it. Chiara was a fab host and so nice and hospitable. The area was very remote and we chose not to drive so didn't travel very far.

Thanks to Chiara for making our stay in Cava D'aliga so enjoyable. The accommodation is great! With the doors open you can see the sea through the house while relaxing in the plunge pool. Relaxation is the key word with areas at the front and back with hammocks, loungers and tables with chairs. There is an outside covered built in BBQ and oven. This is a perfect place for a stay with the wonderful surrounding beaches and Montelbano settings!
