Residential a 55+ neighborhood in the heart of Venice . Please be mindful of noise. Parties are not permitted. Manasota Beach is 15 minutes away. Golfing is 5 minutes away. Park the car on Venice Island and explore. Great shopping and dining experiences about. Live music, farmer's market, art shows, tennis....all right at hand. Mi Pueblo, Darrell's, Daquiri Deck, Sharkey's, Word of Mouth, Luna are some our favorite spots. Bogey's is a great sports bar and Snookhaven always has great outdoor music and food! Detweiller's will not disappoint for grocery shopping. The ice cream and Lobster Roll are a must try.

A vehicle or a ride share should be used as there is noting within walking distance.

Home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests. Security system in place but Interior and rear monitoring are disabled. Pet friendly home and a pet addendum must be completed. Pool Addendum must be completed and signed as well. Once reservation is placed, a personal email must be provided to send the aforementioned and additional details about the home and area. The reservation will not be considered complete until these forms are signed and returned. We look forward to having you!

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
