Pelican was built in 2024 and features 2,117 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The open concept and split floor plan are ideal for large groups and provide great privacy while ensuring there is plenty of space in the main living area for everyone. The spacious entry foyer leads to the formal dining room, the large living room and kitchen.

The master suite is located onthe opposite site of the other bedrooms and has a comfy King-sized bed, a large smart TV, walking closet and spacious bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The bedroom also features block out curtains for a good night rest.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a smart TV, closet and blackout curtains. The main bathroom with tub/shower combo is located right outside.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed a smart TV, a desk, large closet and direct access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The 4th bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the Jack and Jill bathroom.

The 2nd and 3rd bathroom both have a tub/shower combo.

The living room features a large L shaped comfy sofa and a 65 Smart TV with YouTube TV (cable channels).

The kitchen has a large kitchen island with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals.

The outdoor oasis has a brand-new pool and spa with a dining area (sits 6), a sitting area with a couch and 3 pool loungers. The entire patio has a screened enclosure to keep the bags out and blinds for added privacy.

We provide all the beach gear for your enjoyment and a gas grill for your use.


During the cooler months (Oct-Apr) the pool is heated daily to 86F.
The spa is heated from 6-9PM.
Pool lights are set from sunset to 10PM.
Please note:
If the outside temp falls below 50F, the pool might not get warm enough.
All the window facing the pool have safety alarms.
