The Casa Coco | Garden : Modern and relaxing home with heated pool

Best home rental experience by far. The owners thought of everything,communicated readily and offered helpful suggestions to make our stay enjoyable

Excellent stay! Perfectly appointed house for our vacation, so close to Manasota Key and other Venice beaches. We loved it! The pool and deck are so private and tropical and the beach supplies were an awesome addition.

We had the BEST time ever at Casa Coco! The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed (plus so much more). I’m very picky about hot tubs and this hot tub was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Having the enclosed patio was such a bonus with the pool. Unfortunately we came in on the coldest time ever and couldn’t use the pool, but boy did I try! I jumped in a few times and it was lovely and warm (just not warm enough outside). Thank you so much for our stay, we will be coming back!

This was one of the best rentals that we have stayed in. Everything was just as pictured. The owners have thought of everything. The property was spotless, the pool was sparkling clean and well heated as was the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication was flawless. We would definitely stay again.

Our 5th stay at the Casa Coco and we are already planning for next year! Chester and Aneta's place is so nicely appointed - everything you need for a relaxing pool and beach vacation. The space is bright and modern and spotless! Communication with the host was great. The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants and downtown Venice, the area feels very secure.

I've had many good VRBO host and Chester is absolutely one of the best. Chester was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard pool area is very private and peaceful. If you are looking to relax this is the place. The location was perfect for our needs and we will definitely be back. Thank you

Loved this property. Chester and Anita were great hosts! We loved how clean and well set up the home was. Everything you could ever need on vacation is at this house. We love what they have done with the pool area to make it private and secluded. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Coco. The house was definitely smaller than we usually rent, but worked out fine for just my husband and I. The owner (Chester) was great at communicating when he needed to stop by and treat the pool. He also gave us some info on the area and is super friendly. The house is well equipped with everything you need, including a blender which is not listed on the kitchen amenities. The only downside for us was that the beds were much firmer than we prefer and also the sleeper sofa. We brought our Frenchie with us and the yard is not completely fenced in, so we had to keep a good eye on him when we let him out. Also, there isn't any counter space in the bathrooms, so you have to limit what you really need in that area. Other than that, it worked great for us.

5 star home with a 6 star host. We had planned events in Sarasota, Punta Gorda, and Fort Myers on several days but spent most our time locally enjoy Manasota Key, Venice, and Venetian Waterway Trail/Legacy Trail. We found this area of Florida more manageable for dinner reservations and tee times......as more popular areas are getting bottlenecked. Thank you Aneta and Chester!!

Chester and Aneta’s place is perfect! Super clean and well appointed. Short drive to restaurants and beaches. This was our 4th stay and the only reason we might not return to this house would be to try their other VRBO also in Venice. Tough decision! Either way, we are looking forward to it already.
