Stayed Jul 8, 2016Visiting this home is a richer experience than merely looking at the photographs of it. The description is modest compared to the lovely experience I had. There was an abundance of clean towels, sheets, etc. and I received replacement clean towels over my stay here. The location of this home could not have been more perfect, just a few steps from the small port in Molyvos and its charming restaurants and gift shops. The mornings and afternoons were spent either in our private pool enjoying the cool sea breeze or sipping a glass of wine overlooking the Aegean. If you like small inspiring details in your vacation home, this is the place for you...From the beautiful ceiling lights, to the drawings and paintings on the walls, it's no wonder I wanted to stay longer. I know how this is the perfect summer home, but, with its corner fireplace and cozy furnishings, I pictured visiting in the winter to watch the rain fall on the shingled rooftops and sea below, while a fire burns in the fireplace. Definitely a place to revisit again and again. This is a home where memories are made.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was fantastic, the listing description was accurate and the property was very comfortable, the rooms were very spacious. It had every facility we needed, the kitchen was well equipped and we were particularly happy with the washing machine (after two weeks of travel with 6 people)!!! It was also well located right near the port of Molyvos. We had easy access to restaurants by the port and a short walk into the centre of Molyvos. The property was very clean and beautifully maintained. You can tell the owners are very proud of their property and they are easily accessible. We had excellent customer service from the moment I made contact with the owners, thank you Yiannis (he even emailed me a photo outlining in detail the location of my apartment in relation to the apartment that my cousin was staying in...this is very helpful when you have never seen a property before....it really eliminates any confusion or disappointment). I would definately recommend this property to friends and family and would definately stay here again. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Villa was in an ideal location with views to die for! Everything about it was just as described and it was exceptionally clean. Nana and Stratis and family were lovely people and I always feel so much at home in Molyvos I should have been born there! There are many superb Taverna's to choose from and we particularly enjoyed eating around the harbour. To quote 'Arnie' - I'll be back !! Nicci for and on behalf of our party!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Molyvos Manor is an excellent place to choose for holidays in Lesvos!!! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and very comfortable for us (4 adults and 3 children of the age of 6,7,8). The Krallis family are really warm and helpful!!! Thank you Mrs Nana, Mr Stratis and Yiannis for your wonderful greek hospitality!!! Molyvos is the place to stay if you want to visit the whole, big island of Lesvos. It is the most picturesque part of Lesvos where you can eat, drink, walk, shop. The island has a pure greek beauty and very warm people. You have to be prepared for 1-2 hours driving for the remarkable destinations of Lesvos but you will not regret! You can always and easily find a nice beach for swimming, good food (fresh fish of course!) and ouzo!!! We really enjoyed Sigri (the petrified forest, the museum, the beach and the taverna), Skala Sykaminias ( with the small church of Panayia Gorgona -for those who read the book of Lesbian writer Stratis Mirivilis the place gives so many emotions!), Agiasos, Mantamado, Petra, Eftalou. I am sure there are much more nice places to visit and I wish we can be back soon for that! In this case Molyvos Manor will be the chosen place to stay!!! The pool was really relaxing after the all-day trips we had!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I had the great pleasure to spend time in October/November 2013 at Molivos Manor. I have spent many happy summer holidays here in this property and I am delighted to have also discovered how nice it is in the off season months. The comfort of the house is excellent and the ambiance is charming, combining a very high standard of facilities with delightful and thoughtful traditional touches. The property is maintained in excellent condition and Mr. and Mrs. Krallis are extremely good hosts who offer that very special touch of hospitality over and above what one can expect from a commercial property. The property has been the family home and it retains this essential character. I would have no hesitation recommending both the property and the town, with its lovely heritage architecture to anyone who is looking for the Greek island experience with a real difference.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you are looking for a sublime venue in a lovely traditional Greek village, Molyvos Manor has it all. I have spent 8 springs in the house which is furnished in a traditional style with all the modern conveniences. The terrace of the house is ideal for relaxation, elegant dining or just downing a glass of ouzo with friends. The pool is a fairly recent addition that allows for relaxation and exercise on those bright sunny & warm days. Additionally, the upstairs master suite is elegant with stunning views of the harbor and the western expanse of the island of Lesvos. All in all, this is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the delights of Greece from another era.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I spent two glorious weeks in this Villa October of 2012. I cannot say enough good things. The house was beautiful, and so easy. The location was perfect for hanging out at the house overlooking the sea by the pool, or walking into the very special town of Molyvos. The terrace breakfasts every morning were magnificent. I will be back as soon as I can. Enjoy this amazing oasis.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A gracious manor house perched over the port with a grand view of the sea and coastline. You can sit on the terrace and watch the fishing boats, flocked by seagulls, putt-putt into the harbor; or lounge around the new swimming pool with its great view of the hills. The interior has an Old World charm, and an especially nice country kitchen with a long dining table perfect for lingering meals and card games. It’s only a five-minute walk to the port and its many lively restaurants, or ten minutes in the other direction to the heart of the village’s shops. Plenty of everything – towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans – makes this a pleasant place to stay for a few nights or weeks, and I have done both. The downstairs bedroom and bath are their own private suite. With both AC and central heating, it’s a great vacation spot or retreat all year round.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have very many good memories of staying in Molyvos Manor. Over the many years my husband and I shared holidays there with friends, we loved the grand old house, beautiful upstairs bedroom and spacious kitchen . But we all spent most of our summers out on the vine-shaded terrace overlooking the garden, across the sea to the mountains - a perfect place for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Nana & Stratis Krallis were not only good landlords, they became our friends.
