Our brand new beachfront villa is located on a paradise beach Ban Tai with white sand and hanging palm trees and can be used both as a luxury holiday home and a venue for any event.

Apart of comfortable Loft style living and sleeping areas and outside pool terrace, it also features an amazing event venue over the sea and a separate fully equipped restaurant kitchen with staff quarters.

The Villa is spread out on 2 levels over the sea with amazing azure water and Phangan views from any of its corner.

The ground floor is dedicated to a living area and consists of:

- an open space living room with sitting and dining areas looking into the sea ;
- In-villa kitchen with a bar counter;
- 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms;
- a beachfront pool terrace with an outside sitting area and sun beds.

The upper floor is a terrace with the most beautiful views over the sea and the opposite island Phangan.
This multi purpose terrace above the sea features:
- a roofed area with sofas and beanbags;
- professional bar and counter area;
- relaxation outside area for sunbathing;
- cinema under the stars.

It can be used as a big chill- out area or can host an event of up to 25 guests with a big dining table instead of usual sitting areas.
Outside of the villa with a separate entrances are staff premises comprising of:
- a fully equipped professional restaurant kitchen for a chef/catering service ;
- Washing up area

The villa features a fully equipped beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and a beach boy to take care of villa guests.
Sea& Sky Event villa has in-villa staff and can be used both as an accommodation only and an event venue with our in-house catering and event packages. Guests are also free to invite their chef to take care of their event.

The villa can be conveniently used as a private beach club for a group of up to 15-20 people during the day.

At night they can be accommodated in 2 villa’s bedrooms and 6 adjacent to villa Sea&Sky newly renovated beach bungalows. In total Sea&Sky resort can sleep up to 18 adults.

Additionally there are next door Ban Tai Estate villas featuring 12 villas from 2 to 6 bedrooms.
Both resorts are managed with one company and can be considered as a big villa resort to match any accommodation requirements.

Sea&Sky beach resort makes up part of a villa resort Ban Tai Estate villas (12 villas from 2 to 6 bedrooms) managed by its onsite reception and housekeeping team.

There are several cozy cafes /restaurants right on the beach to enjoy delicious food or drink. If you want more options to choose from, a variety of local thai cafes just around the corner.
