Seas The Day

Property is absolutely stunning and the breathtaking beach views that you can practically see from every back room of the house will blow you away !!!! The owners were super responsive and helpful and the hired private chef (Dena Catering on IG ) made this trip even more unforgettable !! Absolutely book this property, you will not regret it !

We loved the beautiful house, the pool ,the beach, and the location. There was ample space for 5 couples with plenty of seating both indoors and out. We would definitely stay here again,

Wonderful house and location

We had an amazing trip! The house was perfect for our group. The only thing we had an issue with was locking the doors. The concierge, Ayana, was very helpful with everything. We hope to return next year!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day. The house is very nice and well appointed. The beach area is beautiful and private. Also, our host / concierge, Ayana, was extremely helpful and made things very convenient for us. We would certainly choose to stay at this property again.

The concierge service handled everything fine ... house in good shape but needs to address some minor items to maintain overall excellence. A few lounge chairs need to be mended, the leg on one of the couches in the entertainment room was broken and the hot water in the master bath shower needs to be addressed.

Everything was great! Incredible and extremely well-constructed house - gorgeous marble floors and hurricane doors, etc. Large, vaulted ceilings and well-functioning AC - a true plus in the Exumas. Incredible views from this beachfront property!

House was exactly as described. Owner and Concierge were great. Very communicative. Concierge even met us at the airport to make sure we checked in and were settled. Great experience.

Great location and view.

The most amazing and stunning home! We booked Seas the Day for my husband's 40th birthday celebration for 5 couples. It was so nice for each couple to have their own room and bathroom. The common areas were the perfect size and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always nice to find in a VRBO. Location was great and very centrally located on the island. Our concierge Ayana was lovely and very helpful. She helped us set up a private chef for one night, which I highly recommend, as well as gave us a quick orientation of the home upon arrival. I would love to book this home again for another vacation!

Awesome house and awesome location

We had 6 families - 25 total. Rented both houses side by side....it was prefect!

The house was very nice and modern. Host was very accommodating and let us check in early, which was very helpful because we have a newborn. And the beach in the back is pure bliss. Highly recommend to families or groups of friends.

Everything was just as depicted in the photos, with an exceptionally spacious kitchen and a large, comfortable sitting room that provided ample space for everyone. One of the standout features is the remote-controlled screened-in porch with a circular sectional, perfect for relaxation. The only issue we encountered was with the water temperature on one side of the house (affecting three of the bathrooms), which would only stay hot for about a minute before the breaker would trip, causing the water to go cold. Unfortunately, this issue couldn’t be permanently resolved, so unless someone was available to continuously reset the breaker, a cold shower was unavoidable. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It’s truly one of the best properties in the Exumas!

We had the best time at this house! Property was cleaned and well taken care of. The fact that we had a pool and a private beach in the back was the best! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was incredible. Planning on booking again in a few months.
