Stayed May 23, 2024A wonderful HHI rental. Perfect location. An oasis. Very peaceful - backs onto the golf course. We had lovely early morning walks around the golf course. The pool is RIGHT outside your door. Surrounded by trees - very picturesque. Warm heated pool. We bikes everywhere. Very close to the beach, restaurants etc. can’t beat the location. We would love to visit again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Overall the unit was comfortable and well stocked. The master bedroom is on the first floor and lacks privacy. The master bathroom is actually divided into 2 locations. The toilet and sink in one spot and the shower is in the laundry room. There is nowhere to store toiletries nor to hang towels or wash clothes once used. The beach, which is within walking distance, is closer to 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away. You will definitely need a beach wagon or cart to haul everything to the beach.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022The property location is great, close to the Sea Pines Beach Club and close to Harbortown and South Beach. There is a bike rental shop just across the street and we enjoyed riding bikes on the many bike paths. The 2 bathrooms are very small with very little space to store any supplies. The master bedroom is downstairs, but the bathroom is not private, and the shower is not in the bathroom, but in an adjacent room with the washer and dryer. That was a little inconvenient, with children running around. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The pool is just steps out the back door, so very convenient.

Stayed May 16, 2022My husband and I rented this property during our recent visit to HHI. There is a nice, well-furnished, open kitchen and two sitting areas. It is literally steps to the pool (which only a handful of condos have access so it isn't crowded). The beach access isn't far by bike (or even a walk). You can easily bike to Harbour Town, Coligny Plaza and other areas on the island. There are two courses within walking distance of the condo. FYI...the master suite is on the first floor but it has a unique set-up. There are two accordion doors that separate the room from the hallway and there isn't a dedicated master bathroom.
