Sea-View Luxury Villa within Walking Distance to Beach in Exclusive Kalamar Bay

BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURE AND VIEW. A lovely place to be.

Stayed at this beautiful villa for 14 nights with my wife our 2 grown up children our daughters partner and a close family friend. So 6 of us using all 4 bedrooms. We had the top floor room ad the view from the balcony was just amazing. As the villa is set on the slopes of kalkan, the view took in the sea between the mountainous region with the sun setting behind them. Marvellous start. The place was very clean and all the utilities and facilities worked. We had a bit of trouble opening the door more us than a real issue, but Mehmet the owner had a door cam and when we called to ask what we were doing wrong he answered straight away and gave us the instruction to use only the lower lock and turn firmly to the right. All good and so helpful. Mehmet was like that throughout always answering any request quickly without bother. Like ordering the Carboys for the water cooler. Easy. We used taxis, cheap as chips, to get everywhere as steepness made walking tricky. But again unfussy and all drivers could not be more helpful. We ate out every evening in Old Town and these rooftop restaurants were affordable and lovely with great views across the town sea and slopes of Kalkan. Sunbathing at the villa and just relaxing by the pool was a fav activity, boat trips and visits to the local resorts on a cheap day pass helped change things up when required. Our trip was made truly unforgettable by our daughter partner asking for our daughters hand in marriage and getting engaged

Mehmet was an excellent host, helpful and answered all my messages within an hour if not sooner! The Villa was perfect ample space and beautiful views over the bay. We spent a lot of time in the pool. And once we discovered the busy area where all the restaurants were, we took cheap taxis to the restaurants and supermarket which was all very close. Highly recommended for a great holiday

The villa was spacious, with beautiful views and a great pool area. The owner was extremely helpful. It is a short drive from shops and the main area of Kalkan while being very quiet. My son loved the table tennis and my teenagers loved the nightlife in Kalkan. We had a great stay here.

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa. The weather was of course hot but the house remained cool and the pool was the perfect place to relax and cool down. We enjoyed the local beach clubs and swimming in the clear seas, even the hills provided some daily exercise as we walked to the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Mehmet was a very responsive and helpful host. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Mehmet’s villa where the view from every room was simply breathtaking! The location was beautiful, Mehmet was an outstanding host and the villa was incredible. We would highly recommend staying at Mehmet’s villa.

This villa is stunning, spacious, modern and the perfect place to spend a sunny holiday. We spent many days just staying by the pool, making our own food and enjoying the views. The nearby Beach Clubs are fab, theres great shops, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. It is a lot of hills, but that was the only exercise we did all holiday! I'd definitely stay here again, it is such a great space that can accommodate so many people! My only feedback would be that having some cleaning products available would be helpful, such as cloths, washing up liquid, a mop etc. We stayed 10 days and there isn't a cleaner, so it would have been helpful! We ended up buying cloths and sponges etc to clean things. Also, the WiFi didnt reach the top floor and was a bit temperamental. However, these things really didn't take away from our holiday ❤️

Just arrived back in the UK after a stay at this wonderful villa. Spotlessly clean, amazing views of Kalamar Bay and had everything we could wish for. Huge villa and easily accommodated our family, which was myself and my husband, our 2 children and my parents, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and the welcome pack was lovely after we arrived very late at night. The villa in my opinion is a perfect location as Kalkan can get busy and loud late evening, so nice to go back to peace and quiet. It is about 20-30 min walk into Kalkan, but we got taxi home each evening as it is quite hilly but taxis are so cheap, about £3 for 6 of us back to the villa. There are a couple of beach clubs within 5/10 minute walk of the villa, small entry fee for use of beds, parasols, water equipment etc these were brilliant. Mehmet the host was great and communication leading upto the holiday was brilliant, didn’t really have to contact him whilst there as there were no issues at al, but he was in touch making sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Kalkan.
