Scottsdale Villa - Spacious Golfing retreat, 4 Private patios, Pool-Game Room

Had a big group. It accommodated us perfectly. Would 10/10 recommend.

Our family met in Scottsdale for a large family wedding. With family visiting from six different states from around the country, we thought a home would be more cohesive than a hotel. This beautiful villa was the perfect solution; it gave everyone, who hadn’t seen each other in some time, ultimate privacy during sleeping times, and spacious togetherness during family activity time. The patios extending off of the bedrooms were a great use of extra space, and allowed for fresh air to flow through to give that vacationed feel we needed. The two gigantic refrigerators were an enormous bonus for extra space for food, wine, beer, with abundant storage for ice. There were large towels, plenty of extra soft linens (the sheets were surprisingly soft), with a large washer and dryer to launder pool towels, etc. We also found extra stacks of freshly washed blankets to cozy up under around the pool during late night family conversations. I quickly began to look forward to our morning walks through the neighborhood, which is peaceful, expansive, and blissfully safe. I highly recommend this villa for any sized get together.

WiFi kept dropping, but other than that, all was great!

Great house. Nice and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to be together but also have their own space.

All in all it was a great place the kids loved it. Needed improvements possibly get overflowing trash can gone prior to new guests arrival, Make sure propane for the grill is full we didn’t have any propane to grill, give instructions on pool due to a vacuum hose for pull cleaning was connected, better cook ware you can not cook o Stainless steel everything sticks. Other than that the house and atmosphere was great

So much great stuff. Gary and Jennifer were great, attentive hosts. The house is beautiful and we loved the game room, which kept nine adults and adult children entertained. Two things that would have made it a five star…the weather was amazing, but the non-heated pool meant we couldn’t use it (way too cold); spotty wi-fi made it tough to connect throughout the house. Don’t let that stop you from booking. Just know if those things are important to you.

We needed 5 bedrooms suitable for 5 adults who wanted their own rooms at a reasonable price. This house nicely fit the bill. We were on a golf trip at Desert Mountain. Everywhere we went was a 15-20 minute drive. That was heaven! But North Scottsdale was also only 15 minutes away had we wanted to go there. Safety was a consideration and we felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. All in all perfect for our needs!

My stay here was nothing but great. Many rooms with lots of beds. The house was clean and nice. The backyard is really nice. Overall the place is very nice and highly recommended to anyone.

This place was an absolute gem for our Mom's birthday and a truly memorable family gathering. The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. We particularly enjoyed spending time by the inviting pool, and when we needed to escape the sun, the spacious game room provided endless entertainment for everyone.The location is also a major plus, as it's conveniently situated near a wide variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. The host, Gary was easy to communicate with and he was incredibly accommodating to our needs, ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this property for any family looking for a fantastic and memorable getaway!

Perfect place to hang out during July 4th. Owners were very responsive. Game room and pool were just what we needed for our family time together to visit our 91-year-old mother/grandmother who very much appreciated the separate casita!

We just wrapped up an amazing 5 day stay at the Scottsdale Villa. The property is as advertised and more. The landscaping around the home gives you great privacy while giving you a scenic view at the same time. The home is spacious and well appointed. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room and then some. We spent most of our days out on the back patio and in the pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The amount of wild life you could see out in the back yard was incredible - lizards, dozens of different types of birds, jackrabbits, ground squirrels and bats in the evening. We even saw a bobcat crossing the road on our way home from dinner one night! We finished our evenings in the game room watching movies and shooting pool/darts/shuffle board. The location is amazing with any amenity you can think of with in a 10 minute drive. The hosts were great to work with. They even gave us some great dining recommendations (Raven's burgers are amazing!) We all enjoyed the home and will definitely be staying here next time we return.

Overall great home for our Golf escape...easy access, large rooms. We enjoyed the rec room, pool, shuffle board and poker table which is a converted garage. Outdoor pool is just the right size to cool off and enjoy plenty of seating in and out of the sun. Plenty of streaming TV's everywhere. Gary(owner) was responsive and the experience was excellent! Book and enjoy!!

This house was perfect for our big family get together.It is even better in person than in the photos. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the cool mornings. It is very well equipped, we had everything we needed, just like home. The game room kept small and big entertained and together. A car is needed, but two shopping centers are close by. The owners are responsive and accommodating. I hope we can come back again soon. Highly recommend.

This property was everything we could hope for & was truly a secluded getaway where everyone had enough space to themselves. Met every criteria and really was a fantastic place! Book it, you will not regret it.

We were excited to enjoy two weeks in this home. Upon arrival all looked as it was advertiszed. We found out the first night that our bathroom had no working lights. we got thru that night and called the owner next day, adding to that issue an odor that started to appear. He sent his dad and brother over and they said they thought the odor was in the water pipe . They said they would get an electrician in. I pointed out the odor smelled like sewage. The odor got worse that night and the next day when the electrician came in he immediately said call an exterminator you have a dead animal.... We contacted the brother again and told him what the electrician had said. He came back and filled the bathroom with water and bleach and told me to just leave it that way. The odor worsened day by day and my husband said he was worried for our health and so we moved to an empty bedroom. we were stuck as this was spring break week and our grandkids had flown in to enjoy their week. We had no choice but to stay but the day they left , we left also notifying the owner that the odor was horrendous and we could tolerate it no longer as it was entering other parts of the house. Leaving a week ahead of our plans cost us a great deal of money as we had to change our plane dates and moving to a hotel extremely costly being few were available because of spring break. We notified the owner we had left the house and why. Owner has denied any found odor and deniedus any compensation .

Beautiful home, host was very communicative and obviously cares about his guests and being a good host. Would highly recommend for any golf trip to Phoenix/Scottsdale

Home was well furnished. Disappointed there are only 2 baths, makes things a little more difficult to coordinate than usual. Otherwieverything was great!

My son was getting married and I selected this property for my family that flew in from Chicago. Everything was as pictured and described. No surprises, no disappointment, and genuinely a great place to stay. Working with Gary was a pleasure and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The rooftop has a great view of the mountains. Have your morning coffee up there!!

This was an amazing property and everything went soo smoothly. The host was so helpful and called to see if we needed anything several times. Id definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

This was a lovely house and pool. There were lots of sleeping spots, beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well supplied, as were pool toys. We did run short on some basic supplies, however the owner was very prompt in responding, and replenishing the items.
