San Teodoro: house / villa - San TeodoroHouse with garden

Our stay was lovely! The property is as advertised, the location and proximity to City Center San Teodoro is wonderful, and Enrico was easy to work with! I recommend this property to anyone looking for simple and convenient accommodations.

The villa was pretty much exactly as expected based on the description and photos. It is very close to the town centre which is what we wanted. Enrico met us at check in and explained everything, and he was great with communication throughout the week and before we arrived when we had any questions. I would recommend this place. Thank you Enrico!

The house and outdoor area is beautiful and centrally located in the city center. Kitchen is new and clean, the beds have seen many people sleeping in them. The communication with the house owner worked out well, although he mainly talked Italian to us and we answered in English. Unfortunately, we had the impression that every chance was taken to charge us extra. AC costs extra per day, also the towels and sheets are charged additionally. The recycling system should be explained more in detail, as they only fetch it if it fulfills the requirements, that aren't explained in advanced (plastic bag yes/no is different for each trash sort). We were a bit disappointed with the landlord in the end, who shifted his responsibility for waste disposal to us and forced us to dispose of the garbage in the recycling center or even worse - in public trash cans. This should definitely be included in the final cleanup, which is of course charged extra. Overall a great place to stay in San Teodoro.

In the center of town, easy walk to amazing beaches. Lovely holiday, we didn't need a car which is what we wanted. San Teodoro is great family resort, beautiful beaches. Enrico was very nice host.

We (2 Adults and a toddler) loved our stay in Enricos place. Located in a lovely neighbourhood within walking distance to the center where you have all the restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gelaterias etc. The kitchen is well equipped (maybe a bit outdated) where you find everything you need for a dinner@home. Two good sized bedrooms (one with a attached bathroom) and a further sleep option upstairs. Garden and outside sitting area was very nice to have (but make sure you ‘re equipped with mosquito repellent) and a big plus is the washing machine. We’d love to come back one day, grazie Enrico!

We chose this villa for the location and as we were 4 adults (2 couples) we decided on this villa as it has 2 bathrooms one being ensuite. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The villa comes with a kitchen so perfect for cooking meals with a lovely outdoor space. There is a BBQ outside and also a washing machine and shower to wash the sand away. Its in a fantastic location you are a few minutes walk to the town and about 20 mins walk to La Cinta beach which is stunning. The town has the most amazing restaurants and night markets selling beautiful jewellery and gifts. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood so not noisy at all. You are close to shops so easy to get those villa essentials. San Teodoro is an amazing holiday town and very safe. Locals are friendly and there are many things to see and do. Check in was very easy, Enrico met us at the villa and explained everything. We are British and communication wasn’t a problem. We were here for a music festival and had the most fun. This place holds a special place in my heart... We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you :)

Perfect everything!

This is my 2nd stay at the villa. its clean and tidy, clean towels and bed clothes. perfect location in the middle of the town, and for what we needed to do. was just out the way of the hustle and bustle of the night market even though we were central which was good. the owners are only a phone call away, they picked us up and took us to the villa. once again a lovely stay. hope to see you again next year :)
