The house was very nice and clean also newly renovated. The listing was accurate but there was only one TV in the entire house. Would stay there again!

House is beautiful inside and was very clean. Roomy and close to everything.

This house seems to have been recently renovated. Finishes are sleek and modern. The kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking and meals. It easily accommodates a larger group. I wish there was more seating in the living area. The outdoor patio area is large. The pool was not heated, as advertised, but it wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of sediment on the bottom. The house was clean though, which was more important to me.

Home was beautiful inside. Had everything but short on garbage bags. Outside pool area poor needs update. Need more chairs to move out to patio.we had to buy a grill on market place because the grill was not sufficient for 8 people.

The house was very clean inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, tea pots and coffee maker. The pool was clean was serviced every Friday. I wished it was heated. There was plenty of towels and sheets. There is a small charcoal grill in the great covered back yard area. Very nice beach chairs, beach towels mats, umbrella and sand toys. There was also a shark tooth strainer. I wish there was 2 more chairs in living room.

Inside was cleanly & true to pictures. Wonderful kitchen. Shirt on living room seating. Issues: master bath shower drain was not working well- pools water & it flows outside of shower. Had to put towels down to keep water contained while showering ( this happened intermittently). Hot water was somewhat in short supply with 6 adults.Outside: No pool heater ( December rental burr cold) or no pool cover. Pool deck pics do not match pool conditions- pitted & moldy. NO DRAIN COVER. We did not get enjoy pool - needs attention. Cage was an addition.

This was the perfect home for 2 families of 4. It was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Near everything in Venice, as well.

We stayed here for 9 days and loved every minute. Home was as described and included everything we would need, towels, dishes and more!! Great quiet neighborhood close to every store you could want. Overall a 5 out of 5 for us! Thank you!

My extended family needed a place close to our parents’ house for a family reunion. The rental had plenty of room for 3 couples and 2 kids. The house was extremely clean, spacious, and looked very recently updated. The key code for entry was easy to use, making the check in process a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to the beach. We would definitely recommend the property for rental, and would stay again.

I loved the pool being opened without screens. It's newly remodeled. Two of kitchen chairs were wobble when I pulled them out to sit in. I removed them from the table area and left a note on them for the manager. Everything else was lovely! Thank you for the pleasant stay!
