SA RESCLOSA - Great Majorcan property with table football, billiard table and private pool

Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much

The house had everything you could ask for, it’s located in a quiet area and you’ll need a car to get around. We loved our stay there and were really happy with everything. The roosters were a surprise but we got used to it.

The Homerti staff were very helpful and were a great comfort in completing the documentation required by the state. The necessary documentation could have been sent earlier as, in my case, a number of the party were unavailable in the week prior to our booking.

The house is very big and perfect for 10 people. The kitchen is amazing. The garden is perfect and has many activities and games to have a fun time. The poolside is very nice. The house is calm located but still close to supermarkets. There is a chicken cage in the garden, so it always feels alive around you. We really enjoyed our stay!

Herrlicher Ort mit reichlich Platz für 10 Personen! Es fehlt an nichts! An der Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Küche könnte noch etwas getan werden! Sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Eigentümer der sich um alles kümmert.

The location was great, nice big kitchen and lots of space. The outside space was fantastic and everyone loved the pool. Clean and tidy. The only negative was the thirsty, hungry chickens on the land.

Absolutely amazing place. It’s really well catered for a large group. The pool was lovely and cleaned every other day. The cat (Mika) and chickens were a lovely homely touch. The activities (pool, basketball, table football & table tennis) were great and kept everyone entertained. It’s a short drive (but also walkable) to a lovely local town with nice restaurants and plenty of amenities. It felt very homely and welcoming and Homerti were great at keeping in touch and helping things run smoothly. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to all.

Beautiful villa, peaceful location. The pool was wonderful and a pleasant temperature to swim in (also v deep so something to consider with small children) Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and after a day sight seeing or at the beach, it was a lovely homely place to come back to. Can easily laze away a morning or afternoon there by the pool without the need to go anywhere at all.

This house is the most amazing place on Mallorca. It is located quietly between acres, has little farming with chicken and is still very central (5 min drive for shopping, 15 min to Alcudia beach), so you can use your vacation to the fullest. The pool is the perfect size for swimming, but also with little kids since it has a shallow area. We went there with the whole family (9 person + toddlers) and had the most wonderful holiday. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this house!
