In the middle of nature, but also just a few kilometers from the beach of Can Picafort, one of the most beautiful in the north of Mallorca, is this beautiful villa with a swimming pool and ping pong table.

The swimming pool (10m x 3m) with salt water takes on special prominence, surrounded by green areas with grass, 5 sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor shower, perfectfor sunbathing and taking a refreshing bath on hot summer days. In addition, at the entrance of the house, there is a covered terrace, with a great barbecue and table to celebrate outdoor meals, and the fantastic ping pong table.

This impressive typical Mallorcan house, with stone walls, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, surrounded by olive groves and almond fields in bloom. The interior is decorated with a rustic and cozy style, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The structure of the house ensures that there is always a good temperature, although if needed, there are 3 fans at their disposal.

The plot is completely fenced with a private parking. Additionally, you will find both bath and pool towels.

The owners of the estate are committed to sustainable tourism, so they have installed solar panels for their electricity consumption and recycle 100% of waste. In addition, the estate is located in Santa Margalida, a quiet town, just 10 minutes by car from Can Picafort, a lively coastal town with an impressive white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, as well as a wide variety of services, shops, and leisure options.

Beautiful house with great facilities. The outdoor pool and cooking facilities were a particular highlight. Located away from the crowds in a peaceful setting, surrounded by trees and wildlife. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Quite remote location but had researched beforehand and able to explore the island by hire car. Everything was pretty much perfect minus the mosquitos that were pretty aggressive and out in force. Unfortunately this often impacted ability to relax outdoors and really make the most of the fantastic outdoor area. May have just been a particularly bad time of year but suggest visitors come prepared with insect repellent.

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We were there with our two kids (5 and 7) and it was perfect for our needs. Lots of great outdoor space with good size swimming pool. House is also well furnished and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Also just 15 mins drive from stunning beach - Platja de Muro.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house is very comfortable: good beds, well equipped kitchen, large fridge with freezer. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. Everywhere there are beautiful terrace pots with succulents. The terrace is covered and very pleasant. The swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. Very quiet environment: you only hear the animals from the neighborhood: sheep, donkeys, birds. Fifteen minutes by car and you're in Can Picafort, where there are supermarkets. We were here to cycle. After a long ride, it was very nice to come back home! We were also happy with the washing machine. The owners are very friendly and correct.
