The villa is spacious and tastefully decorated with warm wooden details that perfectly match the mountain surroundings. In the cosy living room, you will find comfortable sofas, a traditional tiled stove and a television with Netflix. The large dining area forms the heart of the house — perfect for shared dinners, game nights or relaxing evenings with a good glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking for larger groups, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and coffee and tea facilities.



With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and five toilets, the villa offers plenty of space and privacy for larger groups. Two of the bathrooms feature a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.

There is also a relaxation and games room with a huge 80-inch screen that can easily be connected to a laptop or tablet. Children will also have a fantastic time here. In the large fenced garden of 1500 m², they can safely play football, swing, build sandcastles in the sandbox or enjoy the many outdoor activities available. During the summer months, the heated private swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 metres offers plenty of fun and refreshment for both children and adults.



The surroundings of Rudník offer endless opportunities for excursions and outdoor activities throughout the year. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the villa. During winter, several ski resorts are located nearby, including Janské Lázně, Černý Důl and other popular winter sports destinations in the Giant Mountains. Cross-country skiers can enjoy beautiful trails through snow-covered forests. Excursions to Vrchlabí, the spa town of Janské Lázně or Sněžka (the highest mountain in the Czech Republic) are also highly recommended.
