Rooftop villa 150 m2, very large terrace, in the heart of Pompeii

I cannot speak highly enough about this apartment and its hosts! We were truly blessed to have such an amazing experience and so close to the archeological site! The apartment has every amenity one could need during a stay in Pompeii (or anywhere). It is pristinely clean, comfortable settings, and perfectly situated in a private compound area. The pictures of the apartment do not due it justice to ALL the amenities available - There is a beautiful restaurant on site overlooking the Island of Capri; perfect for dinner and weekend entertainment! Additionally, there is a garden restaurant available for lunch that seats guests under a peaceful canopy of grape vines. The menus and food at both restaurants were very well thought out and surely some of the best food we experienced during our visit to Italy this year! Our hosts were absolutely fabulous - extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! I believe we made friends for life with them and are truly counting down the days when we will return to Pompeii! Anyone who has the opportunity to stay with them and experience all the wonderful things about this apartment I’m sure will feel the same!

Beautiful, large and well equipped apartment with private parking. We parked our car and never had to use it again, easy walk to restaurants, shops and the archeological site of Pompeii. Pompeii in January is spectacular, for us it was cool, sunny and seemed like we were the only ones there at times. We hired a local guide for the first three hours of the day and then spent the rest of the day exploring on our own. Karine provided great recommendations for restaurants and local shops, and waited patiently as the GPS in our rental car had troubles getting us to the apartment. We are now a couple weeks and a couple thousand kilometers into our trip and for other travelers from North America that are renting cars we have found Google Maps slightly better than Apple Maps and the Ford navigation system supplied with our car completely useless.

We loved staying at Karine's property. It is as pretty as it appears in the pictures - the deck is huge, well furnished and set in a lovely garden. The interior is comfortable, very tasteful and well-equiped with everything you need. The kitchen in particular has lots of glassware, pots and pans, etc. The beds are super comfortable, as is the living room furniture - great for a group to enjoy. The location is perfect. You can walk to the ruins and to lots of very good restaurants, gourmet shop (Melius), fresh pasta shop, green grocer, ec. The renting and check in process with Karine was efficient, and she was very quick to respond to any questions along the way. She gave us lots of great tips of things to do other than Pompeii - we wish we had been staying longer so that we could have taken a boat to Capri. We highly recommend this property. This location was PERFECT for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Amalfi Coast and other areas nearby. Beautiful property and accommodations. Spacious, spotless and well equipped. Excellent Hosts! Our only regret was never made it to their Restaurant but will surely visit on our next trip!!! The location is perfect for visiting Pompeii. A short walk to the entrance gate past a small local grocery store, several Pastry shop / Cafe's for breakfast. A bit of assistance to locate the entrance: when turning on to street the property is addressed for, from the main street of Pompeii, just past the train tracks, there is an alley on the left. At the end is the gate with the street number. Once inside the gate you're greeted by a luscious green area and secure parking. The terrace is huge and has wonderful views. The living rooms is spacious as are the Bedrooms!! A short drive to many other areas worthy of exploration. The hosts were very available thru VRBO messaging and wonderfully quick to respond! We highly recommend this property to stay at. There is a reason they are Premier Hosts!!! You won't be disappointed!

Great central Pompeii location. Easy walk to the ruins and central plaza. Secure, gated property with parking space. Surrounded by lush, enclosed garden. Beds were very comfortable. Karine was very helpful with information on where to go and how to get around.

For a family or couples traveling together this apartment is perfect. It is less than a five minute walk to La antica pizza - the same famous pizzeria you can go to Naples and stand in line for hours for and a few more steps you can see a futball match. In the amazing square are shops and fabulous restaurants all within easy walking distance. What everyone should know about is the Bartolo Longo church and bell tower. A gorgeous church and for 2 euro you can take an elevator or the stairs to the top of the bell tower for 360 view of Pompeii, ruins and best view of Vesuvius. You are a 10 minute walk to the tram, 15 to entry way of Pompeii Ruins and 20 minute walk to train that will take you to Sorrento, Naples or Herculaneum. Why stay in these overcrowded places when you can stay away from it all in a beautiful apartment and location that allows you to get there quickly? This was perfect for us.

We used Karine’s lovely apartment for our stay in Pompeii to see the main ruins as well as several other things close by. The apartment is very close to the center of town and the ruins, but is also private and peaceful because it is surrounded by a large garden area. There is even a view of Vesuvius from part of the balcony terrace. The furniture and especially the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The designated parking space was very welcome in the busy center of town and we enjoyed two excellent meals at the restaurant owned by Karine and her capable and welcoming spouse, Pasquale. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting Pompeii.

Amazing rooftop apartment, close to all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, train stations etc and a nice walk to the ruins. The apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival and there is everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Highly recommended
