Romantic private pool villa, 3 minutes from the beach, stunning sea view

Quiet place, Supermarkt 900m top prices, super clean pool and house, perfect to relax and many different beaches around, 30 min to pula Fazit: highly recommended

Everthing was perfect. The Vila Delore, the pool, the small villages, the landscape, the sea and beach and the friendly people.

A well appointed villa situated in a small village convenient for beaches, visiting local towns and nearby restaurants. Easily accessible from airport. Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Excellent welcome hamper - best we’ve ever had. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Highlights of our stay visiting Pula,Porec,Labin, Pazin and two boat trips (one very local from Krnica was excellent). Several interesting local beaches within 5-10 minute drive which would definitely recommend, and hosts gave very helpful suggestions both about these and local restaurants. Had a fantastic holiday plenty for two teenagers to enjoy as well.

Fantastic hosts and a lovely villa located in a very quiet village. There are plenty of walking routes and some nearby restaurants meaning you can get away from it all, but still be close enough to things you need.

A wonderful villa with everything you need in a beautiful, peaceful location. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, they made a great stay even better.

We stayed at this lovely Villa for two weeks. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners met us on arrival with an overview of the villa and provided information for what to do and see in the area and further afield. The villa was spotlessly clean and as we had flown in, we were provided with a few basics to get us going in the kitchen which was very welcome and aided our settling in quickly. The pool was lovely and well used by us throughout our stay and the view across the bay from poolside was beautiful. The villa is in a quiet location which suited us perfectly. A car is needed for Istria in general if you are not in a main town. We visited Pula, Rovinj, Pazin (for the zipline) and Labin with ease, the road network is very good. We stayed off the toll road and got to see alot of stunning countryside. There is a small well stocked shop in Krnica a few minutes away for the odd bits and another small shop in Rakalj itself. The main supermarkets are on the outskirts of Pula or we visited Lidl in Labin - the prettiest drive we've ever done for a supermarket. There is also a nice bakery in Krnica as well as 3 restuarants. Luna restaurant on the main road is well worth a visit, the food and service was excellent. We also took a boat excursion from Krnica port, spending the day cruising the Rasa bay/channel, a fantastic day with stop offs for swims at quiet bays and lunch. A great villa in a lovely location and for us, a good base for exploring the Southern half of Istria.

We were with 4 person’s and we have a really fantastic vacation! , the owners of the house are suchs a lovely people and they are so hospitable :) about the house and swimmingpool we only can say perfect . We cant wait to go back again ! Greetings Cor Marc Melissa and Lisanne!
