Welcome to this gorgeous villa with mesmerising views of the Shotover River & a prime location in popular Arthur’s Point. It is a great holiday option for those travelling in groups of up to 12 people.

Offering three fireplaces, a spa pool, BBQ and a garden, this villa is just a short drive from Coronet Peak Ski area.

IMPORTANT: Groups of 1-8 guests will have access to the main house only (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 x living areas, dining area, laundry, balcony, garden & spa pool). Groups of 9-12 guests will also have access to the on-site self contained apartment, with an additional 2 bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen)

The main house has two living areas, each boasting a large gas fireplace and spectacular views of the Shotover River and mountain ranges.

The annex has two bedrooms, one bathroom a lounge with a log burner and another kitchen.

There is plenty of space to host one or two families or a group of friends travelling together.

The deck in the main villa overlooking the Shotover River valley is a fabulous spot to enjoy an après ski drink, a barbecue or to relax with a book and enjoy the birdsong from the surrounding hills.

There is also a spa in which to relax after a day of activities which is adjacent to a sheltered lawn area where children can play or adults may like to stretch out and enjoy the sunshine.

Only ten minutes drive to either Queenstown Central or ten minutes to the Coronet Peak access road, Riverview Retreat has accessibility and privacy.

Riverview Retreat is a 15-minute drive from Queenstown International Airport.

Groups of 1-8 people will have access to the main house (4 bedrooms), spa pool, garden, and BBQ.

Groups of 9-12 people will have access to the whole property (6 bedrooms), including the main house and annex, spa pool, garden, and BBQ.

MajorDomo will be available via email or phone to assist with all of your needs - we offer a complimentary concierge service to our guests to assist with any activity bookings, and can offer a selection of in house services such as a private chef, private yoga sessions in the backyard, spa treatments and MUCH more!

Arthurs Point is a quick 10-15 minute drive to Queenstown. Guests have amazing views of the surrounding mountains as well as the Shotover river.

All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

What an amazing house! Beautifully decorated with great amenities and the most incredible view. There was plenty of space for my big, extended family and we all had the best time. It’s a great location too and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Wonderful place and very engaged management company, I’d definitely book again!

Lovely and well appointed house, plenty of room both indoor and outdoor. Everything you need for cooking, cleaning etc provided. Really nice toiletries were a nice surprise.

This beautiful big home offered everything our large group needed plenty of good bedrooms. 3 bathrooms 4 toilets no one having to wait. All we needed was food and clothes the rest was at our fingertips even the firerwood in the anex was ready to go. The spa pool was fantastic and the views from the deck were awesome never got sick of watching the shot over jet doing 360's below us. The location was only a 5min drive to Queenstown cbd . All the fun stuff felt it was only a stone's throw away. Back to the home. The big gas firer places heat pumps everywhere cold was never an issue. Also the privacy was fantastic with big mature hedges all around we felt very secluded. To the team that meet us at the property what great service a friendly phone call when we landed helped us on our journey with making sure we new where the supermarket was the car rentals and even meeting us at the property to check in a little bit earlier made it very easy and welcoming. I recommend this beautiful home to everyone who is thinking of staying here. The family are already planning the next trip and this home is a big part of that thanks for letting us stay. My Family and I had a lovely stay at this property. It was fully furnished and had an amazing view to wake up and look out at every morning. Loved every part about Queenstown and will definitely be returning. Stress free and easy property managers to deal with. Thanks guys ??
