Stayed Apr 4, 2025We enjoyed our time, it was clean and well stocked with lots of great items. The space layout was tight outside the bedrooms, the bathrooms were small and outdated. Very little privacy outside the unit.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025We stayed here 5 of a 17 day trip to the Keys. This home was cute, very clean, which is extremely important to us as it shows the owners take care of their home and it was cozy. The location was in a good spot, as it was close to a lot of attractions and places to go out for a meal. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Something for the host to consider would be to put a book together of some suggestions of places you recommend to eat and nearby attractions. That would be very helpful for your guests. Also, you could include what you would like your guests to do before they leave, (garbage, run dishwasher, start towels, for example) We weren't sure what you expected upon departure. We liked the added extra touches that they provided, like most of the toiletries, extra coffee, just to name a couple.The one thing that would make it perfect would be if it was on the water, but I knew that when I booked it. I would recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your home with us! (Just an FYI, the 2nd bedroom fan isn't working.
