Stunning end-unit Villa in tropical Hawaii. Come relax and unwind in Paradise. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story townhouse is 1860 sq. ft, and sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a trundle bed in the sitting area upstairs which could sleep another person or 2. P1 is a very quiet and private condo at the end of the drive. We have lots of toys in the garage, bikes, golf clubs, body boards, snorkels, etc. Go to the beach or hang out by one of the two pools on property. Beaches are 5 minutes away by car. If you don't want to get in the car, you can walk to Waikoloa Queens shops in minutes where you will find restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store and a theater.

On the lanai there is a built-in BBQ, a dining table and a sitting area. The views are of lovely green gold courses.

There is free WIFI available. There are 4 TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

The master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
There is a private lanai off the master bedroom with views of the golf course greens, ocean and sunset.

The second bedroom is also upstairs and has a Cal King Bed and its own ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed with a full bathroom adjacent.

The kitchen is in the center of the family area and is fully equipped for you to prepare meals. Everyone can help or hang out as there is lots of counter space. You will find top of the line appliances for your comfort.

There are two dining areas, each seating 6, one is on the lanai and one is off the kitchen.

There is a fitness area onsite if you prefer to work out in a gym.

There is a BBQ on the lanai for your convenience. If you prefer to eat out, you can walk or drive to either of two nearby open-air shopping areas. There are multiple restaurants available. To see more detail please search for Kings shops or Queen shops in Waikoloa to see a list of restaurants etc. Once you find the website you can also read about the activities around the island. There is plenty to see and do on the Island, from visiting the Volcano National Park, star gazing on Mauna Kea, playing golf, taking a bike riding tour, going horseback riding, to enjoying exotic plants at botanical gardens, and more.

Please note that the Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is NON SMOKING. This includes ALL common areas as well as the townhouse and surrounding lanai's.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
NOTE: An extra cleaning fee will be charged for reservations longer than 14 days.

    The unit was lovely and well equipped. I enjoyed the Mountain View’s from the large windows. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The only problem we had was the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator door were broken. I definitely recommend this unit.

    Our Host was very helpful. She answered all my questions immediately. The Condo location was perfect. Grocery store, shopping, restaurants right across the street. The pool was a short/short walk away. The amenities were perfect. I spent a lot of time lounging on the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

    Well appointed home with everything we needed. Perfect location near amenities and shops. Appreciated the extras like towels and chairs for the beach. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. Management was easy to get a hold of and available.

    The property is in a beautiful gated community with spectacular landscaping backing a golf course, lovely pool area and close proximity to Queen and King shopping centres we sure enjoyed everything wonderful place! The communication and check in process was perfect we would love to return someday

    What else can I say? It's a little heaven on earth. Our family really enjoyed the time we stayed at this townhome. Our best moment was a visit of a super friendly feral cat when we were seating in the patio area enjoying the afternoon wind.

    We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for my family and our needs. Very clean and comfortable. My 84 year old mom was able to stay downstairs with the rest of us upstairs. Location is great with Island Market nearby for some food, or a 5 minute drive to Foodland grocery. Area was nice & quiet, beds and pillows were GREAT - we all slept really well. Kitchen is stocked with appliances & cookware one would need. Garage has anything you need for the beach or pool. Make sure to read binder and know to keep up on towel & bedding laundry so cleaners aren’t overloaded when you leave.
