Really nice house to stay with friends and/or family! The place has everything you need and more. The gifts on the bed and in the kitchen were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend! We will try to come back next year :) Thanks!

We had a great stay! We loved that the location was not to far from many places on the island. The house was a great place to hang out when tired and the ping pong, pool, and foosball table kept my kids entertained without needing to watch tv. It was great! The pool was cold, but the kids swam a few times anyway. The beds were super comfortable as all the mattresses seemed to be memory foam. The hosts left us some nice treats everyone enjoyed. I would absolutely stay here again. I will say the roads are tight getting back to the house, so if you are not used to that or have a large car, it might be a little frightening. Otherwise, the location is nice and quiet.

Schöne Finca, Lage ohne Auto schwierig bis unmöglich. Gegend ist so lala. Bilder stimmen ! Alles i.O.

Mooi huis met goede faciliteiten. Service en support van de verhuurorganisatie echt top. De mooie tuin heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Hier en daar lag wat afval en onkruid groeide weelderig.

Wir hatten 4 Wochen eine wunderbare Finca bei Lioseta.Die Betreuung durch das gesamte Vacalia Team war sowohl vor der Anreise sowie während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hervorragend. Auch bei auftretenden Problemen wurde uns durch die Mitarbeiter sofort geholfen und entsprechende Lösungen gefunden. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr gut. Nachdem wir nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in der selben Finca unseren Urlaub verbracht haben sich auch dieses Mal unserer Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Bettina und Marko

Our stay here was great. We had a lovely relaxing holiday as this place is in a peaceful location. I did see that some reviews mention dogs barking, but this isn't too loud, and only seemed to be at certain times (feeding time maybe?). A car is essential for your stay here, but this also allows you to explore the island, and this is a great location for going all over! The pool is great and the house also has a table football, table tennis and pool table so lots of chilled out entertainment. The layout does differ slightly from the photos as the pool table has been added since the photos taken, but we really enjoyed playing pool on an evening so we didn't mind! We were 6 adults and a 5 month old baby, and the house worked well for is in terms of sleeping. Two bedrooms are en suite, and then there is a separate bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4. The last bedroom does have a very low ceiling and if you are taller than 5'8 you won't be able to stand up in here! The only thing we didn't like were the number (too few) and quality of the pillows. We were kindly provided with a cot, high chair, potty and baby bowls and plates which was really kind. I would say that the house has a lot of unforgiving steps and levels if you do have a baby on the move though so this place is more ideal for younger babies and then children who are good on their feet! There is a really great shade curtain around the sunbeds you can open and close as needed, which also offers shade to the pool in an afternoon and meant we could enjoy the outdoors much more than we could have if this wasn't there! Although the decor is a little dated, the house is a really good find and we enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of local supermarkets and markets on the island to fill your cupboards, but just be aware you have to take all the rubbish to the tip or bins in the town. I can only guess this is because the bin trucks can't fit down the narrow road, but it was the one thing we really hated about our stay. The hosts are really good at communicating, and offering help and advice. The water went off while we were there and someone was with us to fix within 30 minutes! All our emails were replied to really fast (sometimes in minutes!) and nothing was too much bother!
