Very lovely villa in a nice peaceful area, host is very responsive. Perfect for a large group of friends/family.

The Villa is wonderful, perfect for what we wanted including the beer tap, pool table and the pool! Area was nice and quiet ( 10 min walk to the shops) and short taxi away from Albefueria and Vilamoura. António was helpful throughout the whole process and would happily book with him again!

The house had all the essentials, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were welcomed with a snack hamper, which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the heated pool didn’t work, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked. A refund was provided. The electric gate also malfunctioned a few times, requiring manual operation. One downstairs room had a damp smell that should be addressed. We also noticed a few stray dogs in the area (may be owned by a resident), It wasn’t aggressive, but guests with small children should be aware, as one of them were in our driveway. On the plus side, the location is peaceful and well-placed for exploring the area. Renting a car is definitely recommended. With a few improvements, especially to the pool and gate, this could be a great stay for familiessmall groups.

The villa was beautiful and spacious. There was more than enough to keep busy. The owners were lovely and helpful. The location was the only downside as it is quite far away from the towns and nights out. However it is manageable with lots of ubers or if you rent a car. Overall, really good experience. Highly recommend.

Localização Casa com bastante espaço, ideal para grupos Cozinha bem equipada zonas exteriores agradáveis simpatia/disponibilidade dos colaboradores da Seashell. Alguns equipamentos: máquina da loiça (não lavava bem) forno (o forno da casa principal não funcionava devidamente, desligava-se constantemente), Wi-Fi/TV (com falhas de serviço).

espaço da casa em geral, jardim e piscina bem cuidados e limpos seria fundamental os 2 quartos do r/c terem ar condicionado e todas as divisões terem janelas/portadas anti mosquitos algumas peças da cozinha partidas (máquina de café, frigorífico), não existência de pó para a máquina da roupa a banheira de hidromassagem do anexo não estava em condições de ser utilizada (talvez por falta de uso) tivemos de a limpar, para a poder usar sugeríamos mais luz exterior, nomeadamente na zona que , para nós foi de refeições, por baixo do toldo junto à piscina o espaço envolvente à propriedade vedada em si, estava com bastante lixo ...presumivelmente atirada por hóspedes, mas, como julgo pertencerem à propriedade, talvez fosse boa ideia limpar o terreno junto à vedação aproveito para informar que, em 2 noites (por volta das 20h), nos tocaram à campaínha, sem ninguém responder

A casa em si está muito bem estimada e tinha vários locais para fazer teleworking. Espaço exterior incrível. A cozinha tinha poucos utensílios (colheres de pau, facas, etc.)

Gostámos da casa em geral, especialmente do espaço exterior. O que correu menos bem foi reportado durante a estadia o check in foi confuso e tardio, as senhoras da limpeza só deixaram a casa às 19:00. A casa tinha vários problemas de manutenção ( estores, torneiras, etc). A comunicação foi fácil mas não muito atenta, nem simpática. No entanto, a equipa de manutenção resolveu alguns dos problemas reportados.

I will recommend this property to any one but be careful with the pool is quite deep and sloppy and no warning or marking nearly had an incident and I advise you read the guests guide line first as everything is written on Portuguese.
