Located in the village of Grubine, just 5 km from the picturesque town of Imotski, famous for its natural wonders – the Blue and Red Lakes – this is an ideal destination for thoseseeking both relaxation and adventure.

Next to the main house, there is a smaller building visible in the photos – this is an additional facility used exclusively by guests. It is uninhabited and not used by the owners.

The villa consists of two separate, fully equipped and modern apartments:

Ground floor: three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a covered veranda.

Top floor: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large terrace with breathtaking views of Imotski. (Note: the lowest ceiling height in the living room upstairs is 200 cm.)

The two units are connected by an external staircase, making Villa Iva perfect for large families or two groups of friends who want both togetherness and privacy.
