we were a family of six from yorkshire,we were very impressed on arrival of just a one hour drive from dalaman,the house had everything we needed for a great holiday,it has good seperation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on lower floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on top floor. A/C worked well to help us through temps of late 30s.the kitchen has more than enough crockery and all meals were enjoyed just outside on the covered terrace, a great place to relax and see great sunsets.outside ,the gardens are beautifully maintained, it has a covered gazebo that we used as a cinema at night streaming movies through a compact projector and laptop, the WiFi works very well.the pool is where we spent most of our time, it was excellent with about half of it with a deepend of about 2.2m and half about 1m or less.there is a good shop about 3mins walk for most nessesities.the owners are very good deal with and very helpful.dolmus and taxis are close by and easy to get and good value.we found it a great base ,fealt safe,quiet, but with everything in easy reach.

Great communication & very helpful host. Villa was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed. Rooms all lovely, very clean & air con throughout.Host answered all questions quickly and was incredibly helpful.

Excellent villa with excellent features. We stopped here with 8 family & friends. Ozkan, the property manager, was very helpful and answered questions very promptly which made 'unknowns' easier to understand. Villa was situated in a quiet location however the shop located 3 minutes walk away delivers free of charge and can be ordered by WhatsApp and is very handy. Taxis are generally 200TL to town so again not too expensive. I would definitely stop at this villa again it was ideal. Many Thanks Mark

Wonderful 10 day stay. Great communication from start to finish. Gorgeous villa with an amazing pool!! Perfect set up inside, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Huge king size suite with en-suite and then two further bedrooms, one double one single, plus another big bathroom. Top floor a further king size bedroom with large en-suite, and another large room with two single beds and a further bathroom. Highly recommend will definitely go back

Lovely villa in a lovely location with fantastic views .. We were a family of 8 who stayed for 2weeks. The villa catered for all out family needs and some . The host Ozkan met us on arrival showed us everything and was available anytime should we have needed him . In the 2weeks we never had any problems so had the perfect holiday . Happily recommend this villa for a great family getaway . Hopefully will be able to return next year .
