☛ 'Regular Season' - Nightly Rate's are based on the Maximum number of 8 guests, and, a 6 to 8-night Stay. Discount/Special rate’s are available for smaller groups of 4 to 6 people.

☛ 'High Season's' (Spring Break, Summer) - Nightly Rate's are based on the Maximum number of 8 guests, with up to a 9-night stay.

☛ ‘Holiday Season; - Nightly Rate's are based on the Maximum number of 10 guests, with up to a 10-night stay.
The Kona IronMan Triathlon, & other Special Events, have additional requirements.

☛ 2026 - 2027 Christmas & New Year's - requires a 10-night stay, with both holiday's booked together. Up to 10 guests, Maximum.

☛ For Kona IronMan Triathlon - the Total Number is 8 guests, Maximum, and, 8-night's Max Stay. The IronMan has additional rules, and, policy requirements. Exception's apply to returning former guest's, and Active-Duty Military member's and Veteran's (HD).

☛ For total number of children / young adult's - Below 21 years old, the maximum is four (4).
Small Children, below 3 years old, and Infant’s, up to two (2), are not charge for, but are counted in the total number of of guests.
