Stayed Oct 16, 2025It was a beautiful, clean and well-decorated condo. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was nice and roomy and we loved having four and a half bathrooms since we shared it with another family. Highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Pleasant View @The Ledges in St George Utah. The Condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We only used the Master Bedroom on the main floor and a bathroom/shower upstairs. The condo was well stocked. Plenty of towels and comfortable bed. We sat out on the back patio and enjoyed the St George sun. We would stay here again. There is only one thing that we noticed, the washing machine had the worse smell, we did not use it and understand that front load washers are famous for this BUT this was not something that would keep us away from staying there again. We still feel the condo and our stay there deserves a 5 star rating

Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing stay while down for a weekend trip from Salt Lake City with a golf team...the condo was well appointed, clean, comfortable and cool! Being 105* outside made the stay inside even more comfortable.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024The interior was very dusty, almost like it was not occupied for a while or cleaned before. Upstairs patio was really dirty and we had the Ledges come clean it so we could use it. Found a couple roaches in the house at night. They should rethink the plants in the driveway as they make getting in/out of the cars difficult We enjoy staying at the Ledges but this time at this property it was not enjoyable or as clean as we expected. We will stay at another unit in the property if we need to come back.
