Stayed Sep 1, 2024Excellent only issue was distance to restaurant and bar was longer due to construction wall. Very beautiful place to stay for a couple. Private beach was excellent, restaurant food was very good and service was perfect.

Stayed Aug 19, 2022This is a great villa and property. Very quiet, clean and upscale. We loved this villa. However, I would say a car rental is very necessary to get around Pristine Bay and to get to grocery store.

Stayed Feb 2, 2023There were pros and cons to this villa and I will list them for the benefit of others who might rent it in the future. Pros: Convenient mid-island location, near Eldons grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Pristine Bay is a very safe community so if you are nervous about crime it’s a great place to be. The villa pool is larger than the average plunge pool and was kept very clean. Comfortable beds and ample outdoor seating. Lower than average price for the location. View is pretty. Management company was responsive. Cons: The place needs some updates - the dishwasher was clogged, the freezer doesn’t work at all, the towels, sheets, and outdoor cushions are way past the point of needing to be replaced. Parking is extremely tight and the unit is at the end of a one lane road so it’s not easy to get in and out of especially if you time it when someone is coming the other way. Because of the way the villa is situated, you don’t get much daytime sun on the patio during winter months, which is nice for keeping cool, terrible if you actually want to work on your tan. Finally, call the Beach Club before you book because the restaurant Aqua was closed down so we could use the pool but there was no bar or lunch unless you went further down to Las Verandas which is great, but they charge you $20 to use their pool even if you eat there. Which is worth it because it’s gorgeous- but as a guest of PB it would be nice to have drinks by the free pool.

Stayed Apr 11, 2022Great 2/2 with plenty of space for 2 couples. Quiet with spectacular views of the coast and golf course. Outdoor deck and splash pool are just great! Close drive to club house, golf, scuba, and French Harbour. Highly recommended, and Fernando is outstanding in every way. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Spent some time at this villa over new years and it was great. Place is very well equipped and everything worked as advertised. Very comfortable rooms, great double vanity in each bathroom. The villa overlooks the golf course and north shore of Roatan. Had its own splash pool which was great for the kids. Place is very quiet and so if relaxing and getting away from it all is your thing this is the place for you. Conveniently located to a 3-5 minute drive to the supermarket, gas station and French Harbour restaurants. Good location to explore both east and west end beaches but you will need to hire a car.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa is deceptive from the entrance as when you get inside, the entire room plans open out nicely to a large open space. Bedrooms sit either side of the main kitchen, living and dining areas with doors leading to the large outside deck and pool from all rooms. Fixtures and fittings are all well thought out and the high vaulted ceilings give the interior space a very open and airy feeling. Both bathroom are in great shape and water pressure was excellent. Outside was wonderful and where we liked to spend most of our time, with a larger than expected deck with the pool and an additional grass verge that looked out onto the golf course with views of the sea in the near distance. A gentle breeze added to the tropical feel enjoyed, The villa was quiet, secluded and was clean and of a high quality. A short golf cart ride takes you to the various on site bars for residents and guests, though we preferred most nights to get out own food from the supermarket across from the main entrance and use the kitchen and the outside BBQ. Pristine Bay is spectacular, hands down. Its close to French quay and many local attractions. It also has the benefit of its own dock and diving services which make for snorkeling or diving without leaving the sanctuary of the overall resort.
