Prime Ocean View Vacation Villa, San-Fernando (Budget-Priced, WIFI,)

The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by.

Our stay was awesome! Both the owner and manager were responsive in a timely manner. The house was perfect for my family vacation!

The entire experience was amazing. Starting with the open and honest communication with the owner Rae. The location is breath taking. Waking up with the view of the sea and the outline of the Venezuelan peninsula in the morning. Wow. I will definitely recommend this place for your stay. The house is huge and well laid out for a family retreat. Allyson who is the liaison in Trinidad is simply amazing to deal with. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and was very easy to communicate with. Thanks again, Junior and team!!

Rae had mentioned that the property was not used for some time due to COVID/border closure. She was kind and transparent. At check in there was water for me. Only thing I can say is I wish my stay was longer. It’s like a home away from home.

The house is spacious and the view of the sea is nice. The property manager provided lots of drinking water. However, the roof leaked on the main floor. We had to lay out buckets and mats. This was never resolved the entire time we were there. The day we checked in the two smoke detectors upstairs were beeping and required a battery change. This was done two days later. We had to wash the towels and bedding ourselves as not enough was provided for the stay. I’ve never been in an Airbnb that I had to wash the linen myself. We had to ask for handsoap and toiletpaper. The iron did not work. The property manager brought another iron that again did not work. Someone dropped off an third iron but by that time we didn’t need it anymore. Saw roaches on the main floor. The place was pricey and I expected something better. Would not stay there again for the price we paid.

This was the best home to host my husband 50th birthday celebration. The home accommodate 10 of us , 8 who has never been to trinidad and the first impression was the best. After getting on on carnival Friday and was very tired the group was very pleased. The view from the back patio ovwr looking the sea allowed us to spend most of our time there, having breakfast together Nd picking coconut and other fruits on the property. Easy access to the gulf cuty, supermarket and 30mins drive to the beach. The owner Rae was very easy to get allong with and very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home best experience ever

Great vacation! This villa is well kept, spacious, well located, Wifi service is great, quiet neighborhood, fantastic view, close to everything such as restaurants and grocery stores. We even had a Christmas tree in the living room...nice touch since we had a child with us. Cheers from Canada and Britain!

Very beautiful. .well kept ..clean..The pictures tell you everything about the place ...close to the mall ...great wifi service..good access to the highway... great location in south...will recommend this to anyone...had a great time staying there and safe
