Pretty little villa adjacent to Cala Sinzias beach

We spend a good week in this house. Quiet area.10min by walk to the sea

The chalet has a really nice beautiful garden. We spent long evenings there where we have enjoyed our BBQs. The host is really helpful! In all cases when we had questions she has replied .

The villa is very nice and fully furnished, close to the wonderful beach of Cala Sinzias. It has a free parking in the private street.

We had an amazing stay in Cala Sinzias. The house is lovely with a nice terrace. The interior design is done with a lot of love and we enjoyed the house very much. It is a 10 minutes walk to a very nice beach.

The house is recently built, it's very cosy and in a good condition. It's located very close to the nicest beaches. To some - even within a walking distance. Nice and quiet neighbours. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed one week in Alessandro’s house and everything was perfect. The house is very cosy and comfortable. The small garden is great to chill at night after the beach and to have a barbecue dinner. Alessandro and his wife are very nice persons and did their best to make sure we had a great time. We definitely recommend this house and will probably come back again.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The garden, the apartment with the very nice interior, the calmness and the very friendly owners made our stay optimal for relaxing. The nice beach of Cala Sinzias is close by. It's still a bit too far for a 3 year old child to walk when having above 35°C. Using the car can be an alternative that is anyway needed for dinner or buying food. We enjoyed it very much - Grazie Mille

We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful little chalet. The house is perfectly situated in a calm and lovely neighborhood (really nice neighbors) about 500m away from the beautiful beach of cala sinzias. The house offers all necessary equipment (kitchen, etc.) for having a great holiday including lovely garden and a great BBQ place. The owners are lovely people and have always been super friendly and helpful. A car is required in order to go for dinner, shopping, etc. Close by at the beach are several bars/restaurants which offer really good food. Our favorite was Tamatete at the beach which is particularly great with little children as there is a playground on the beach. A great BBQ restaurant is Aranxi e mari just a few hundert meters away from the house. All together a great pleace for vacation.
