Welcome to an artistic and comfortable villa surrounded by greenery in Fregene a few steps from the sea and 40 minutes from the center of Rome, 15 minutes from Fiumicino airport, consisting of 1 autonomous unit designed according to a modern and functional design and warm furnishings : The villa which can accommodate up to 6 people, is divided into 3 levels, on the ground floor there is a garden under the branches of the pine trees with seats and sun beds;
on the first floor a comfortablelounge / dining room with sofa bed, TV, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with electric oven and gas burners and fridge, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large corner terrace on the floor in the shade of pine trees with dining table and seats;
on the second floor another unit consisting of a small living room with sofa bed, with kitchenette, fridge and bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, a bedroom in the attic h1.50; adjacent a terrace with gazebo and table and sun beds, and another smaller terrace (solarium) from which to admire beautiful sunsets and sunbathe;

After a whirlwind week in Rome, my teenage son and daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this villa in Fregene. The villa is so bright and airy and comfortable and we were really able to spread out. They had everything we needed for our stay including bikes which we enjoyed using. The villa is a short walk to the beach, several coffee shops, a market, and tons of delicious restaurants. We were here during the christmas/new year holiday so the beach and town were nice and quiet. Our hosts were super welcoming and helpful with pointers for our stay. I highly recommend this villa!

Hosts are very helpful, house is in good shape and offers multiple sleeping and dining solutions, beach is a 5-minute walk. Overall a great place to enjoy Fregene.
