Stayed Dec 26, 2025Overall the stay was fine. There were some things that needs some care. The fridge or other kitchen outlets did not work on arrival. We did figure out the breaker needed a reset so they worked fine after that. The drain in the master bath sink is clogged. The remote to the downstairs tv is horrible. We changed the batteries and this did not help and we battled it all weekend, often freezing up and not working at all.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We rented this property for a family gathering. We were coming from SLC and our adult children and partners were from San Diego and Boston. This property was fantastic! Lots of seating in the living room, a great table for eating, puzzles and games, the best equipped kitchen I have ever rented. Everything we wanted was there, as far as utensils, bowls, plates, etc. Beds were very comfortable (very important!). Overall, just like in the pictures. The Ledges itself is a little far from stores but I'd stayed there on golfing weekends and its just what we wanted-just a drive for supplies.We would definitely return and rent this place!
