Our beautiful and modern 3 story building offers 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 5.5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens areas, open living room, 1 huge dining room up 12 guests, covered garage for 2 cars, a beautiful outdoor space with a stone BBQ in the middle of our tropical garden next to a large pool. Our villa is completely private (not sharable), entirely enclosed and inspires the perfect family vacations you will need. In response to Covid-19 special protocols and sanitation measures are currently in effect.r>

We mixed the perfect balance between the relaxing nectar of the vibe that is breathed in Tulum combined with the adventure of its natural tourist sites very close to the villa.

::::::::The ground floor of The Villa invites you to a very cozy apartment with a terrace that leads you directly to the pool and the tropical garden.
This floor gives you access to a bedroom with its King bed, a very modern and full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a perfect dining room for breakfast or lunch.

Then you will have access to the first and the second floor of the property where we have
::::::::On the first floor: a sensational, bright and modern space for 6 people sleeping comfortably in 1 king bed on the first bedroom and 2 Queen beds on the second bedroom. Each room with its private bathroom, walking closet and first-class amenities.
Find a laundry station with washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast station with its granite countertop and high chairs, a luxurious dining room that invites all guests to share a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family.

::::::::On the second floor: We accommodated 4 guests sleeping comfortably in 1 king bed in the third bedroom and 1 King bed in the fourth bedroom. These rooms also have their private bathroom, walking closet and first-class amenities.
You will find a second laundry room with washer and dryer as well, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast station with its granite countertop and high chairs, a comfortable living room with comfy sofas to watch TV and share beautiful moments with the family.

Both upper floors enjoy a privileged view of the garden and pool from the huge balconies with glass windows.
The best we have undoubtedly is our traditional stone BBQ in the pool area, it is simply the tropical, warm, and Caribbean touch that we wanted to give to our villa. This is the perfect meeting and gathering point for the whole family.

On the open roof, you can also enjoy the sunny days or the perfect morning yoga class.
