Perfect Location Between Brownwood & Lake Sumter

We were all very satisfied with the house, amenities, and location. The only complaint was the 2nd bedroom's bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. They had many restless nights. They decided to flip the mattress and discovered there is a board between the mattress and box spring. We suggest replacing the mattress and box spring.

Yes. Overall all good. Just needed more trash can bags and should not have dishes that cannot be put in dish washer IE coffee cups. Host was more than gracious.

The house was a perfect location and extremely clean and comfortable. The back yard provides a great location for reading and relaxing with privacy. I will stay again!

This was our 2nd stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed the house as well as the use of the golf cart. The house was very clean and full of amenities. Charlotte responds to messages quickly. We hope to visit again next year.

The Host was terrific. She answered all of my questions. She also wrote explicit instructions for check-in and check-out. The Villa was immaculate and in a nice location. It was also very quiet. Sufficient supplies were provided. The golf cart was in great shape. I would definitely consider using this property again in the future.

The property is as advertised and lives up to all expectations, communication with all involved is all you could ask for.

Beautiful clean home, convenient location, we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was nice inside. Outside the condos were packed together with no grass in front or back.The place was hidden between a lot streets to get out to a main street. The location was not near any of the pools or the squares.

We have been Snowbirding in Florida since 1992. This villa is by far the most well equipped unit we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. First thing you notice is the cleanliness. Then you discover the villa has everything you need for an extended stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, my wife and I slept peacefully every night. The location is excellent, restaurants, groceries, and even a walk- in clinic that my wife used are nearby. Charlotte was the perfect host. I highly recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful time in The Villages. Charlotte’s villa was very comfortable and nice. It was fun playing Pickleball, golf, and tennis. Charlotte is a fabulous host. Communicated with her throughout the whole process, from booking right through picking up the keys. She responds promptly. The property is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. This is truly a gem. I would highly recommend this location and this property!

The Villa was in a great location and was the most comfortable and cleanest property we’ve ever rented. Everything was perfect and we’ll be back next year.

Our experience in the villages was wonderful. The villa was very nice and the were very friendly.

Charlotte’s villa is ideally located for enjoying the amenities available in The Villages. The Turtle Mound executive golf course and St. James pool are only a five-minute ride away in the golf cart that she provides to guests. We even drove the cart to the Brownwood Paddock Square, about 20 minutes away. We also liked having convenient and quick access to nearby retail stores, such as Publix. The villa itself is clean and comfortable and well furnished with all the necessary kitchen items for cooking your own meals. We particularly liked the outdoor grill. And finally, Charlotte herself is a friendly and helpful hostess, very quick to address any issues that might arise — in our case, nothing major. We recommend her villa highly.
