Perfect family villa: Close to beaches + pool

Property was absolutely beautiful, just as described! The views were amazing. Jean was an excellent host and was communicative and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again, we had a fabulous time.

House was above average clean, fully stocked & super comfortable! Jean was exceptional and helped us more than I could ever have imagined (from local things, an SD card hunt and more). We had four kids with us 14, 8, 8 and 6 - no issues at all and all comfortably slept in the second room. Without a doubt we will be back!

Jean was a great host. She was welcoming upon our arrival and took us through the home to show us all the features and provide tips for our stay. There was great communication before the booking, after we booked and during our stay. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms have everything you need for your stay. Jean has chairs and coolers for beach days. From the deck, the views of Coral Bay/surrounding areas are the best part. They are calming and relaxing. You can get lost in your thoughts while looking out. Open the glass sliding doors to enjoy the cool breeze throughout the spaces. A/C was only used at night in the bedroom. As mentioned in other reviews, a jeep is recommended when navigating the driveway and the island in general. You are close to the north side beaches and ruins. The north side beaches are popular, so we found it best to get there early or late to miss the crowds and get a good spot. Little Lameshur beach is a hidden gem-calm waters and only a handful of other people. You do need a jeep to navigate the dirt road to it. Hiking on some trails can be strenuous but the end views are amazing. Bring water and snacks. Starfish Market in Cruz Bay is a great choice for a wide range of groceries if you plan on cooking at the house. Love City Market is close by for groceries, if needed. Overall, our stay was great and did not disappoint. We could have used a few more days to get in more activities.

Jean was so lovely and gave us great ideas. The property is so beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We highly recommend this house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pressure Drop Villa. Everything we needed to make our vacation excellent was provided. We can't wait to come back. We will definitely be booking here again!

Our group had an amazing time in St. John and specifically in your home. It was laid out perfectly for two families with teenage boys. It was clean, well stocked situation in a beautiful, peaceful location.
