Perfect Location.

Everything was spectacular, especially the view of the ocean from the fourth floor balcony! A very convenient location to so many things. Immediate response to a few questions we had. Very clean and up to date. We definitely plan on going back!!

Great place to stay in. Beach view was wonderful! I recommend this booking for the area. My only complaint was there were double the amount of towels than wash cloths in our room? I didn't want to pay for more so I purchased some from a local store.

Clean condo, very gracious host, excellent beach and pool view, condo was small but very efficient. Quiet area.

Ocean view is directly in front of the balcony. Beautiful area and beach Rooms are always updated and clean. Everything you need is already in the kitchen Very friendly and helpful office staff

Third year at this very special place in Hilton Head. The owners really care and provide every convenience you could ask for plus the location is so perfect. We had a special last minute request and got a quick reply from the owners to our question. We spent hours on the porch watching the ocean. Kitchen fully stocked (although we did not cook because we have so many favorite restaurants in HHI). Very comfortable bed and friendly people in the rental office. Everything we needed for an amazing week. Thank you to the owners for being so tuned in to what their guests might want or need. Already looking forward to next spring!

Unobstructed view of the beach. The neighborhood was amazing. And the host were very responsive. Very clean as well

You can't beat the view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the boats. Condo is well decorated and had everything we needed. Nancy was so nice to work with. The only problem with our stay was its was to short. Will rent from again.

Very cute condo! It’s small but has what you need and the location is key! Great check in/out and communication process. Would stay here again.

The unit was sufficient to meet our needs. It was important to us to be ocean front. So an A on that. The takeaways were the building is old and a/c units were loud, especially while sleeping at night. There was an odor in the master bedroom, we suspect from the A/C unit. We found the mattress to be uncomfortable,

Check in was very easy.Pre arrival instructions made it so simple The villa was beautiful and the kitchen was very clean and well equipped.

My wife and I and our two sons and their wives plus grandkids spend a week in North Forest Beach in a full home rental. My wife and I then move to this condo on the 4th floor for a full second week. This condo makes for a more relaxed week for just the two of us. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Overlooks the pool and the beach. Only a few steps to the beach. We come to HHI for the warm water, the restaurants and the friendly vacation atmosphere. This condo has been our rental for a few years now. Hope to come back next year.

Great location and views of the ocean. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head.

Check in process was simple and quick. We picked up the key right across the street from the condo complex. We even got to check in early as the unit had been cleaned and ready for us. The condo was as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. We had everything we needed as far as bath towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs and umbrellas, and 2 televisions. The shower appeared to be newly tiled and was perfect. We did not hear any noises from the other units in the building at all. We felt safe and secure in the area and it was close to everything we wanted to visit. The owner was very responsive to an issue we had with the kitchen sink leaking and it was repaired very quickly. We enjoyed this condo and area very much and would not hesitate to book again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was the best! It was easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and lunch preparations. The location in the Coligny area is our favorite on the island. Very close to many great restaurants. We will be back!

Nancy was very accommodating and everything was in order. We will stay there if we have a need.

As advertised, very clean and enough space for us. Really enjoyed getting up to walk along the beach and see dolphins and all the birds. The balcony was perfect for having a beverage at night and coffee in the morning while watching and listening to the waves. Beautiful setting. Definitely family friendly beach as the water is pretty calm (other than our first morning following a storm) and shallow a ways out.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had fantastic views. It is close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Plaza, but far enough away from the crowds. Nancy was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the perfect place to stay on our trip to Hilton Head. Beautiful updated condo with a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. Check in was super quick and easy. Already taking about booking again next year!

The condo was probably the cleanest unit we have ever rented! You add a gorgeous view with a beautiful sunrise every morning and it does not get any better. Plenty of towels, Keurig, and the conveniences of home help made our vacation perfect. We will return!
